Quick and normally friendly but the last two months we haven’t gotten one great meal from here. The bun has been soggy from the pickles the last 2 of 3 times ordered.. It’s been months since the fries were edible - they are either old and cold or undercooked and soggy.. You get maybe 10 noodles in a bowl of chicken noodle soup and the chicken chunks aren’t chunks, they’re more like questionable mashed chicken… so disappointing!

Great service, excellent food. If you arrive at Atlanta airport and head north this is an easy stop off the freeway. It’s away from downtown. Easy off/on. The fries needed a little salt. Otherwise great!!

This is my second time here. It's probably the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I've ever been in. There's food crumbs over at a table over the floor. To be fair, this could be a temporary staffing shortage issue. The parking is also very difficult. This place stays busy and it seemed how closed half of their available parking to redirect traffic.

We love the taste of the chicken spicy sandwich. It’s simply delicious. This place also offers fresh salad. Nice. Fast and friendly service.

This chick fil a always manages to leave something out of my bag or get something wrong. Have your workers double confirm orders instead of just giving totals and rushing. There is a difference between efficiency and pure carelessness. I had to edit this review after opening up my biscuit and it looking like this. There is no quality control at this CFA. Ordered a meal for myself and my two boys 30 minutes before closing. The cashier could tell I was very tired and was so kind and considerate. The brought everything to the table and were so kind. We even had our fries a bit too salty and they quickly replaced them for us. They exceeded the usual excellent service that Chick-fil-A is known for. Highly recommend this location!

Convenient location in a high traffic area. Don't be intimidated by the drive through lanes. It took a minute to understand how it wraps around the building a couple of times to get to the staff taking orders. They are so professional, well trained, and efficient. Food always consistently delish.

Probably the best location in atlanta. Quick, food is good, and the order is accurate. Long drive through lines go quickly. As an added plus, they also have more than enough curbside lanes if you prefer to do curbside pickup.
