Mcdonald's

Pulled up to the store and walked in. Passing the manager outside on the phone. And then placed my order waited 5 min to place order. I noticed after 10min the manager I walked passed outside. Walked in and proceed behind the counter to bag food still on the phone and hasn't washed his hands at all or sanitized before bagging food. Unhygienic and dangerous considering this food is being passed out to people during COVID-19. This type of customer service would have never happened in the 90s. I will not return to this mcds. Unsat!

Its only a matter of time before this place closes it doors for good! The general manager is beyond rude and disrespectful to consumers and employees i dont know how that lady still has a job. Ive witness this lady argue with a customer because he called corporate because she is rude to everyone. Plus that store has roaches and proper cleaning is not something they follow its just disgusting smell coming from the entire facility McDonald's needs to closed this location because its a bad representation of McDonald's worldwide

I've been in this area for years and stop going to this mcDonalds because of the service, the wait, AND the cleanliness. Last night 09/03 around 8:30 ish I decided to stop as a last minute food option for my baby girl. I'm not sure if the staff was switched out, but it was THEE best experience I've had at that McDonalds. She was friendly, patience as we ordered and had the order correct. I believe her name was Chauncey or Shawnsey, Thank you so much for your service and kindness!

Tonight was the second time I have placed a curbside order at this location, only to wait over 30 minutes for my food. My food wasn't being prepared and no one in the store was aware of a curbside order needing to be fulfilled. I had to knock on the door to find out what was going on with my order after waiting 30 minutes and only then we're they able to start preparing my order. After receiving my order, both double cheeseburgers were not made correctly even though I did not make any modifications. One was prepared as a plain cheeseburger, missing the condiments, onions and pickles, while the other one only managed to get ketchup added. This location seems to be the only one in the area that manages to consistently provide a disappointing experience. I hope that reaching out to the leadership at this store will shine a light on their missed opportunities and direct them to make the necessary changes to create a team that will provide the consistently positive experience it's customers expect when choosing the next place to eat.

The most unprofessional service I have ever seen. This McDonald's is literally known as "the worst McDonald's." They need a new manager for this place. It should not take 25-40 minutes to get the food ready (happened the last 4 times we went there). This is partially because the workers don't do their jobs half the time they are there or there is only one person working a job for four. On Google it says they close at 1 AM, yet even at 10 PM, the workers will just stop working and tell people that they are closing early (consistently happened 3/4 times we went there) because no one came to work that day. On occasion, people have just sat inside and did not answer to knocking on the windows or when called on the drive through.
