The gentleman at the drive through on 12/27/23 at 12:45 a.m was SO PLEASANT and patient with me. I just flew into town and was on a four hour delay and nothing else was open so the lines needless to say were LONG and I was beyond tired. He answered so many of my questions and gave me suggestions without having an attitude. I know having long lines especially when it’s the holiday season and most people would rather not be working can be stressful. I wanted to highlight the positive attitude because too often people come on here and complain.

I was a bit disappointed with my experience at the drive-through the other night. A plain double quarter pounder with cheese was included in my order. It showed up on the screen as such after I placed my order. After waiting an inordinately long period of time to get my order, I discovered the burger was not plain. Under normal circumstances, this is not a bug deal but when I went in the store to fix the problem, the line waiting for orders was quite long and no one was at the register to ask for help. I drove back around and waited in the drive-through to fix the order, and again, a long wait. They told me to pull forward, and they would make another one. After watching them lock the door to close up, I realized my order was in danger of not getting fixed. I got out of the car and talked over the car behind me into the window to ask where my order was because by now, the rest of my order was cold. They had forgotten about me. They immediately showed up with the burger. 50 minutes for a plain double quarter pounder with cheese, a twenty piece nugget, and two large fires is a bit excessive.
