Went to eat lunch my car had broke down and I was just looking for somewhere to go for lunch and chill, when I walked in the young man greeted me! I could hear the management running things and the crew was responding! It was a great organized team! I ordered my chicken and it came up crispy and hot! Just the way I love it! I sat down inside and chilled with my sweet tea with lemonade! Just listening to well oiled workers and managers keeping the food coming for the customers! Excellent!

Great customer service! Came at 10:30am to pick up family meal and was taking a while due to restaurant just opening. Staff was polite and gave me 6 ghost pepper wings for my wait and didn't conplain or anything to get this. Real attention to needs of customers and would recommend!

The lines in the drive thru can be really long but they do a really good job moving the lines pretty fast. The food is always hot and tasty!

I went to Popeyes well past 10:00pm. There were several cars in the drive-thru line. One car actually got out of line after getting up to the order window. After I got to the order window and requested a chicken sandwich and was told that there weren't sandwiches or tenders, I guessed that the car that left the line may have wanted a chicken sandwich or another item on the menu that they were unable to prepare. When I got to the delivery window, the cashier told me that their computers had just gone down. The good news is that it only lasted about five minutes. Neither the cashier nor a second lady that was close enough to the drive-thru window for me to hear her talking inside apologized for the extra delay due to the computers.
