Summit Cafeteria

This is a convenient spot to get a quick lunch meal. They have a cafeteria lay out. You can pick from a variety of food such as pepper beef, fried chicken, fried fish, black eye pies, mash potatoes, collard greens. You can also order burger and fries or philly cheesesteak and fries, etc. They have fruit cups of cake for dessert. I gave only four stars due to the location. The restaurant has very dim lighting inside and many vagrants sometimes outside. Beyond those to things the prices for lunch are great for budgets.

Definitely a down home taste and feel , for the location very good pricing. I got the breakfast plate with scrambled eggs(kinda rubbery) sausage links (amazing) sausage patty (excellent) and buttery grits. It made a full plate and was so satisfying. I would say if no reservations anywhere else stop in and give it a try. If ever I'm back in the ATL il try the chicken and other great options I saw.

This place has good food and service. Prices will not break you and good portions for what you pay. The only issue I have is this place is homeless heaven. Been in this place a few times and even past by without stopping in because the homeless are permitted to sleep in the booths and just hang out with no food in front of them. Sometimes because of this, there is no place to sit and consume the food that you purchased. Also the smell of armpit, and urine does not excactly enhance the dining experience.
