Starbucks

As a former partner, I know how intense peak can be. I have worked every shift at many different locations and successfully ran morning peak on a regular basis. That being said, I am no longer getting my beverages at a discount/free. I am now paying $6.09 for each refresher I choose to purchase. PLEASE shake the drink. It truly makes a difference in flavor AND in my morning commute if it is shaken properly. The staff here is always friendly, but I have had two instances where my beverage isn't shaken and it throws off my day. My usual is a strawberry refresher with lemonade and no berries. We ALL know if you don't shake these, the juice or lemonade will sit on top which really makes an impact on the overall beverage. I believe I spoke to Carol at some point or someone with a similar name. Giving 5 stars across the board hoping my drink will be made correctly going forward.

The female cashier was lazy and had me hold up the line and load my card thru the app. She would not add money to my card on the app. Then unfortunately she made my order and had her hand on the top of my drink where I put my lips. So often baristas contaminate my beverage by grabbing it from the top and putting their germs on my drink. I hate that. Then I noticed she left the 2 tea bags in the cup and it was bitter to drink. She did not ask if I wanted sugar.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Starbucks, and I must say that the staff there exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. It was evident that customer satisfaction was their top priority, and they went above and beyond to make my experience truly memorable.

Convenient location near Perimeter, near Concourse, and near the Hospitals just down the road. Even though it's a busy location and the parking lot is tight, the Service here is always fast - they keep it moving, and with positive friendly attitudes! Can't count how many times I welcomed this Starbucks "retreat" from long days and numerous visits to the nearby hospital. The good service and coffee and food were really comforting. Great team here and very clean!
