The service was excellent. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. The atmosphere is just a regular Zaxby's, but the place seemed clean. Food was what to expect from Zaxby's. Overall good experience.

My little kids meal was right on time. This was the first Zaxby's I'd been too where the chicken wasn't fried hard and overly salted. So, thank you. My tenders were tender and perfectly seasoned.

Food was hot 🔥 and fresh, the service was fast and efficient. I had really stopped going to zaxbys because I felt they had stopped doing what made them successful. The last few times I've been to the chain the food has really stepped back up to better quality and hot and fresh.

The zalad I ordered was very good. Never enough salad dressing or Texas toast tho.

My Cobb salad was so good. The bathroom was decent thank gosh. The floor was greasy/slippery. The food was good and the drinks were okay. Severs were friendly but, a tad loud and ghetto. Friendly nonetheless. I would go back.

I love there salads, but just tried the new chicken sandwich and I was not impressed.

The portion sizes were very generous and price was fair for quality. It was a very enjoyable dining experience. The Bleu salad was very delicious with blackened chicken, but the Texas toast was smaller than usual. Customer service was excellent; the hot foods were served together. The salad was brought to the table later. Tea as usual was very tasty. Will return again.
