The staff is always courteous, welcoming and professional. The owner is usually there daily and he always makes sure you feel right at home. I usually stop in every week or so as my granddaughter loves this place. The desserts are sooooooo good, the pepperoni pizza is awesome.

Hubby & I visited for the first time today & were BLOWN AWAY by the delightful service & variety of delicious food! Perhaps we lucked out with timing (between lunch & dinner ~5pm) but the restaurant was clean & food ready super quick (that mac n cheese is the BOMB).
Gregory was fantastic & checked on us regularly throughout our visit. We didn't expect such large portion sizes & wound up with enough left over for another full meal! We'll definitely be back & recommend this location to anyone & everyone! 💙

It's not your typical cafe. Highly recommend! Food is excellent. The cooks know their stuff. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! When I went it was still new. Staff seemed completely indifferent to my girlfriend and I being there, but they were still nice to us. Just seemed like they were a bit caught up in their own things, but there was nobody else in the place eating so it seemed odd they were so distant to us. You walk in and immediately see the condiment bar. It's a beautiful sight. Capers, jalapenos, pepper, chutney, mints, you name it, it was there. Best part? The condiment bar is all free, and you can take what you want.

It's a great little spot to check out for lunch at work. I go probably once a week at the least. Their portions are of a good size and the variety on the menu is very nice. They have healthy options and not so healthy ones - something for pretty much everyone. I'm a huge fan of their Greek salad, Caesar salad, and always happy to have one of their personal pizzas. I would say the only reason I gave it four stars is that they don't cook the chicken and steak for the salad to order. It IS grilled that day and then sliced and stored cold. Cold protein is just such a contrast to when you order salmon or shrimp and it's piping hot, fresh out of the broiler. Just the chicken and steak are cold and pre-sliced. Not a deal breaker but definitely would get more points for me if every protein work cooked to order. They also have a great variety of drinks and desserts.

Love this place! The food is delicious, the menu options are plentiful, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Portion size is important to me, and I always feel like I get a great "bang for my buck" at Newk's. Best of all, the staff at this location is terrific: everyone is friendly, attentive, and truly makes me feel like a valued guest. Happy to be one of their "regulars" and proud to recommend the Howell Mill Newk's to anyone & everyone!

A great new addition to the Howell Mill shopping area. We stopped in to have a late lunch. Its clean, spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The food is freshly made. A wide selection of sandwiches, salads and soups of the day as well as sides. They also have desserts ans offer a catering service.
I enjoyed the personal size pizza we ordered as well as the chicken and sausage gumbo.
Would definitely stop by again.

Food is fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. There's a large variety of choices and combinations, and their caramel cake is amazing. I eat here regularly because not only is the food wonderful, but the service is friendly and courteous. It's the type of neighborhood establishment that comfortable, welcoming and draws me back again and again.

This is a nifty place for a good lunch. The shrimp salad promised a full dozen shrimp and there they were, all 12 of them. Tomato bisque is great. Just discovered the Farmers Market sandwich; my new fave. They also have a To-Go section; great for a fast in and out.

Great addition to the Howell Mill area. We have eaten here many times since they opened. Every time the visit has been a 5 star visit. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The food is always flavorful, fresh and out to our table quickly. Better food and a much better value than Panera.

This place is quite good, but a little pricey. They seem to make everything fresh, so my sandwich and salad were delicious. It was 12.60 for a half sandwich, decent size salad, and a large fountain drink. I guess this is pretty normal for a Midtown-area lunch - I'm just cheap (!)

This is good food but sometimes you got the wrong day to eat at Newk's. Today everything was so off, my order was missing and item, when my taco salad arrived was missing the chilli. I do not recommend this item because they charge as a regular salas but this does not have enough protein. The cashier was rushing me to close my order, she even made a face on me. The manager did not choose the best words to respond when I advised him that the salad didn't have enough protein. Needless to say that I was not looking for free food or any discounted service.

Always delicious. I love when they have the tomato soup! I'm not a big tomato person but this is amazing soup. I usually get the pairing with half a sandwich to go with it. The free tpppings bar has to be my favorite part

Newk's is a lunchtime go-to place for many of my co-workers and me! The service is amazing, the food is always hot a fresh and I'm starting to grow my own set of Newk's cups at home! Every member of the staff seems to take pride in their jobs and treat customers as if they own the place! The sense of ownership from every employee is unparalleled. They catered lunch at my office as well, and honestly, it was EVEN BETTER! I'm so glad you guys are in the area!

First time visitor, had pizza and soup for lunch. Exceptional soup quality, and pizza toppings. Love the unlimited 'roundtable' condiments including roasted garlic, shredded parm, and lots more. Close to my office, glad I finally gave it a try. You won't be disappointed!

A great place to eat. Myself and family enjoyed the"soft opening " today. The food was great, I had the toasted chicken salad and fresh fruit, staff was wonderful, the restaurant was beautifully decorated. Would definitely come back
