Burger King

Literally took thirty minutes to get three people through the line and the door was locked to even order inside. At three in the afternoon. When I first arrived it was maybe three cars ahead of me. By the time I left, the entire store was surrounded. I arrived at 3:23 and left at 3:51. Utterly ridiculous. They’re acting as if they’re cooking five star meals in there. I just don’t understand. Terrible experience and it sucks cause the last fast food place I even liked was burger king and now that has gone out of the window completely. Will never be back to an establishment nationwide

While I have not had good experiences with Burger King since everything reopened, the one off of Pleasantdale right off the exit has been amazing when it comes to customer service. In particular Allison. She always has a smile and no matter how backed up the line is her personality is contagious. I will continue to make this Burger King the only one I go to on a regular basis.

So apparently the idea of "fast food" escapes these people. We ordered at 5:52 and it took 30 mins to receive our order. Our order was at least still warm, although the drink either had no ice, or was left sitting so long it melted, so my drink tasted horrible. I will not be coming here ever again....

The management at this facility on 2/17/22 @ 9:03pm was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I’d be mad too if I only made $15 an hour n was 40 yrs old n still working fast food. But still that was your career path not customers, don’t treat people badly cause you mad at life. Requesting that a district manager reach out to me asap!

I feel sorry for the people who are forcing themselves to work here. Food is only as good as the people who make it, and this food was not cared for at all. Filthy windows. Ice in soda machine empty. Room temperature whopper. Fails all around. Staff wasnt happy at all to help. The order was correct tho.

I visited this BK location on 8/8. After ordering thru the Dive Thru I waited for over 10 minutes for food. I asked the cashier what was taking so long for my order. The employee started cursing me and calling us selfish. She yelled that there were only 3 people working. I asked for my money back and she did not even refund the right amount. We have used this BK for Business meetings, purchasing for 20 employees. I will not be back as long as that rude manager is at this location!

Been coming here for 10 years and they were one of the best Burger King around. In the past year or so they are hit or miss. Maybe Covid or new management? The previous two times I went through the drive thru the food was cold and 🍟 tasted old. See a difference face every time now. Used to be you would see the same workers. Today was a good day. Whopper was fresh and made to order. Fries were real good. No problem using a coupon. Drive thru was quick, although I did not get a receipt. Hopefully the next time I go it will be like today. More UPS workers would go if they were consistently good.

As a restaurant owner myself I will never & repeat never allowe my employees to miss treat my customers. Especially when we're the ones who depends on our customers. Customer service is everything to me which this place is lacking. 18 mins in drive through and only had 3 cars in front of me. Rudeness is at it's peak from unhappy employees here or simply they don't care. I hope BK takes action in this matter soon
