excellent hole in the wall spot, my Cold Italian was tasty and filling and at a reasonable price. the lady at the front is very friendly and the place is spotless!

The owners are great and the food is magnificent The only issue I have is that it is located in an office building and difficult to find I use Apple maps to get there other than that prices are great and worth stopping in

Love this place, I do work in the surrounding office complex, but independent of that this is a fantastic establishment. Lightning fast service, friendly staff who greet you when they say you, totally reasonable prices. Not much more to say, a perfect breakfast/lunch spot!
