Ms.Denise was exceptional with her service. She was very friendly and pleasant. She asked me to wait 5 minutes & usually I would be irritated but I was actually ok with waiting as because of how nice her & her staff was. I will be back plus the food was fresh and hot. 10/10 recommend.
The Wendy's at 1025 Ralph David Abernathy always provides quality meals, but the service levels consistently match. It only helps the brand to have a top notch representative like Carmen given her genuine kindness and understanding of better service. She specifically expressed that this is attributed to her intentionality in separating work from home to provide customers the care she feels is deserved. Her worth is invaluable.
Ordered chili with onion and cheese and they loaded it with plenty of both... I usually get just a tiny bit on top. My nuggets were also fresh. Great job here. Several times and same good food.

I love Wendy's frosty (thou I can make them myself now, anybody want the recipe just ask🙂) Now that they all serve breakfast I prefer theirs over Mac Donald's and I don't usually have a complaint. I got there yesterday morning around 9am and she tells me the system is down, she didn't know when it would be back up, and oh yeah, the breakfast sandwiches were free both fri and sat which I didn't know at the time. I decided to wait in the parking lot because I was fixated on a bacon egg and cheese croissant and a cup of coffee. As I sat there watching cars come in and get the same info as me, and back out again around 9:50am I decided I would leave and go to MacDonald's. Their line was long unfortunately I decided to go in, of course their frappe machine was down. Multiple people including one of the frontline workers were without mask, I was just glad to get out of there. As I was driving back by Wendy's I noticed a line of cars so I swung in and got in line. When it was my time to order I was told the sandwich was free, it took an ordeal but I got my sandwich plus the delicious potato wedges and all is good in the neighborhood...🌞 🙂.

Thanks Wendy's but no thanks you could have kept the ketchup I would have settled for hot potatoes wedges hell even warm wedges. For this one I give 3☆s.

Line a lil long, drive thru only. I order same breakfast items every time I visit in the am the food was hot and good they didn't have the coffee I asked for they didn't have the pineapple mango drink but they get 5☆s.
The manager here is the absolute best she has been there years and years it’s always A great experience
Refused to let me pick up a mobile order on drive thru and said I had to come inside for it and when I did still had to wait a good 15 min just for a sandwich, it wasn’t even a combo
Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. No long wait
Food was fresh didn’t wait long

Love Wendy's yet it took a long long time for service( insde) some persons got inpatient & some left the bldg. Patients is need... also maybe Wendy's should off something for the waiting !
