I’ve been wanting to try Gigi’s Italian Kitchen for a long time, and they did not disappoint! Everything was incredible, from the ambience to the service and, of course, the food. They rotate their menu seasonally: we had the grouper crudo, green salad, and caviar and polenta to start, followed by a crispy duck leg and pasta dish, and tiramisu for dessert. It was all incredibly delicious and presented beautifully. The cocktails and wine selection were equally great. The service was super welcoming and friendly. Gigi’s is easily a top dining experience in ATL. Can’t wait to go back!
One of best meals I’ve ever had. In season produce, fresh fish/proteins all well sourced and handled with love and finesse. Can’t stop thinking about the meal we had. Life’s good when you eat good
All hits, no misses. Had a “small plates” dinner here of crudo, carpaccio, roasted potatoes, and caviar & polenta. All dishes were superbly composed and seasoned. Tiramisu for dessert definitely lived up to the hype - salty, caramel notes made this the best version I’ve ever had. Will be back for sure.
What a gem! My boyfriend and I enjoyed a romantic dinner here to celebrate his birthday, and we’ll definitely be back. From the perfectly grilled focaccia, to the bright & fresh crudo, to the flavor-packed beef carpaccio - we were blown away by everything we had. If you haven’t tried GiGi’s yet, you’re missing out. Best restaurant I’ve eaten at in Atlanta so far.
This is place is something special. It is quaint and small and though it’s busy the servers and staff always seem to have time to shoot you a smile and get you what you need and want.
Oh also I guess I should mention that the food is bar none the best I had in Atlanta. I’m here for a convention and I’ve been trying all the local fair and this is number 1 on the list.
You will not be disappointed going here. A perfect place if you’re in town or on a date.
The food and service here is incredible! Everything we ate was delicious. The ambience is very cozy and romantic. However, due to how small the restaurant is, the tables are really close together. That made it really loud and hot.
I am a long time customer to the Atlanta restaurant scene… I have enjoyed many meals and excellent service, but none any better than Gigi’s… We ordered all the small plates and the two large plates offered… As well as the Tiramisu… I have never enjoyed an experience any better than this, and this may be the best… The food was spectacular and the service was friendly and quick… Our group is definitely coming back… If I could give more than five stars, I would… Well done, Gigi’s, well done!
The team delivered immensely satisfying dishes with pleasant surprises throughout. As for dessert, I was expecting to be impressed by the tiramisu, and I was not disappointed. The olive oil cake stole the show though with a wonderful balance of textures and a bright finish. Overall, the meal felt like re-discovering Italian food thanks to the imaginative takes on familiar favorites.
The food is amazing, the service is great and their wine recommendations were spot on. Just remember the restaurant is very small. They have six tables inside, a handful of seats at the bar and a few tables outside depending on the weather. This is a European dining experience. Dinner will take over two hours. Just sit back relax, and enjoy your company and the great food.
I love everything about this place: the location - charming old neighborhood, the atmosphere - intimate, friendly, fun, the size - tiny but just right, the food - AMAZING! The menu is small but everything we ate was bursting with flavor. And they have THE BEST tiramisu I ever had (and I had lots of them)! I highly recommend this restaurant.
