What a great location and completely remodeled! Food is amazing, new dance floor and games are incredible. Mike the GM is the best - lots of energy and always provides great service!

Took our kids for a field trip! They had a ball! Staff was fun and accommodating! We got to see "Chuck"! It was Awesome! Thank you!

This was a fun birthday party trip for my five year old Granddaughter. The pizza was fresh, delicious and the stuff crust that was recommended by the staff member added great flavor! Highly recommend. My 5 and 2 year olds Loved it

UPDATE REVIEW: ohmyohmyohmyohmygosh 2.0 looks so good! So many new games, updates, and prizes! This is amazing! The pricing can’t be beat, the food is amazing, games are fun, and you can meet and snap a photo with Chuck E. Himself! It’s well cleaned, well kept, and the drinks are always well calibrated, always fizzy and sweet! Sometimes you get the place to yourself, and that, that is magical. 20 out of 5! 🧀🐭🎈🎉

I used to come here as a kid and recently brought my child here. This place is exactly the same. They have plenty of games for the kids. The only issue I remember is the soda machine wasn’t working properly. Other than that it was a nice time for a kids birthday.

Like their new layout As far as food is concern they need to check the fries Quantity. they are giving very less Quantity in that price

We had a wonderful experience at this Chuck E Cheese location today. The games were a blast, the pizza was honestly pretty good (!), and the ladies who worked there made the whole day fabulous. The workers really impressed me and helped me out of a bind with my niece! Thanks for your help, ladies!! Highly recommended.

SAFE ZONE! CHUCK E CHEESE IS DOING IT RIGHT! We are here with our grandson, and feel very safe. Check your temperature when entering, hand sanitizing stains all over the place, even have gloves available. They clean equipment every 30 minutes, sanitize balls and swap out every 30 minutes too. Social distancing of tables. No tokens, only game cards which are disposed of at the end of your visit. No salad bar, but salad available in individual packaging. Pizza was fresh and hot. We are in heaven with less kids running around... limited occupancy. I think the community needs to get out and support businesses they want to survive this pandemic. They will go under if we don't patronize these establishments. As I said previously, we feel very safe and well taken care of by the staff. Hope you get out and help our economy thrive! Chuck E Cheese is definitely doing it's part to keep us safe.

We hosted our daughter's 6th birthday here, and the store is bright, clean, & well maintained - we were really impressed with the condition of the games & the facility in general. We were the only party during our time slot, so everyone had plenty of space which was nice. The event assistants were proactive to help with our event setup and made everything really turnkey. The pizza was served on time / as expected, but the rest of the party (cake, "the show", ticket grab, cleanup) felt really rushed; every time I turned around another "event" was happening and I didn't feel prepared. At one point I turned around and the assistant was lighting the last candle on the cake, starting to sing Happy Birthday to my child --- I had no idea this was happening. The "Show" was rather disappointing, unfortunately. It consisted of Chuck E., a man I believe is the store manager and our event assistant who was still wearing her purse. The manager did his best to bring lots of energy & excitement, but you couldn't hear the music, and most of the guests/kids were confused. We would have preferred to have skipped this entirely. With 30 minutes still left in our party, the event assistant started hounding me about clearing decorations & gifts off of our table. I was really confused by her constant pressure to get out of there, given we still had 1/4 of our party time left. She was relentlessly asking about throwing things away and whether she could take things to my car. On top of this, she asked for a cash tip - still with 30 minutes left in the party - and when we told her we didn't have cash on us, she offered her CashApp. While we were still hosting our party and working on saying goodbye to guests who began to leave, she repeatedly (we counted 6-7 times) asked my husband if he had gotten her app and sent the tip yet. This was *extremely* offputting and made us even less inclined to recognize her work at the event. We tipped her prior to leaving, but were also solicited for a tip by the young man who played Chuck E. Cheese. All of this made us really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, one of our guests who stayed after we left reported hearing her talking negatively about us because she had to ask us so many times for a tip. Ultimately, our child had a really fun birthday and we were pleased with the facility & organization of the event. The employees were hard working and attentive, for sure. But our experience with this particular event assistant left a really sour taste in our mouth.

Jenny was so very kind and accommodating she made the experience very enjoyable for my kids! We will definitely be back during her shift!! She deserves a raise for sure.

This place is nasty!!! Waited 20 mins to get tokens.The salad bar was nasty and not fresh.The bathrooms were nasty as well.And for all the germs little kids carry I am shocked they don't have seat protectors in the bathroom.I will never visit this place again!!!

Celebrated my bf's little cousins bday here. It was fun and the host was really nice... But had to wait in line for 5mins 2 times because the salad bar was empty and the place is small. Half of the games didn't work and staff was short.

We've been too many Chuck E Cheese's, and this one is one of the best. Probably because Ellen, the manager, knows what she's doing and keeps everything moving. Friendly and efficient service makes the difference. You can tell the difference between someone who did get job and someone who cares about it, and the rest of the staff did as well. All the food - salad bar, toppings, etc - were fresh and tasty. Ok, so the pizza isn't what you'd get from a family owned Italian pizzeria on highway 9 in NJ, but it wasn't bad.

They were extremely nice and helpful. The pizza was fresh and hot. My son had so much fun. We will come back.

It was great for the kids. But think they should have more workers on the floor. Due to it being so crowded with many birthday parties, they should have had employees walking the floor to make sure tables were getting cleaned and constantly emptying the trash. Tables were packed galore with used plates cups etc and trash cans were over trashed. People were coming in back to back with party guests an having to clean their own tables.

The kids loved it. I like the cards better than the tokens. I would have given them a 5 but they only had 1 ticket redemption machine. The staff was great!

The place was filthy, no one cleaned up the tables while I was there. Ordered food and took over 1/2 hr and they were not busy.

Had a great time celebrating my graduation for Georgia State! Chuck E himself congratulated me and took a picture!

My family had a great time. Wasn't too crowded. Only complaint was the food took a while to get to us. But the pizza was delicious along with the wings. Thanks Chuck E Cheeses

Why did they “make it rain” coupons on the kids?!🙀 I felt that was very inappropriate!😡 That’s not something you want to teach kids!🤬
