Einstein Bros. Bagels

Delicious as always got a hash brown bagel and cheese bagel w plain schmear (as always). Only consistent complaint is that the bagel could’ve been slightly less cooked on the hasbrown & more schmear (gotta cover the entire bagel on both sides hahah). Great service & timeliness as always, absolutely love Einstein bros.

Great fast service, always nice greeting I just wish they could slow down just a notch , or rather just step to the side and figure out what you want cause when u get to the register they expect you to know automatically what you want . I get a plain bagel with butter and strawberry jelly, or a onion bagel with cream cheese, and of course a orange juice to wash it down. Clean environment and clean restroom.

So a few weeks back, I did not have the most pleasant experience and decided to come here and write about it. 😣 The mobile app was not the most user friendliest regarding missed scans, and the issue could not be resolved in store. 😫The issue required escalation which was 100% online via email not chat. 🤨🤨 This was a complete bummer since the food I picked up to cater the event was amazing and the coffee ❤❤❤❤❤😋😋😋😋 well, let's just say I have been back almost every day since, 😊 making sure I did not forget to scan.🙂 However, someone from the online customer care team contacted me expeditiously regarding my concern, offered to redress my experience - and did,😊 hence restoring my confidence in the online system and Einstein customer support!!! Thank you for making my mornings, and future events 🤗🤗 #signed for the love of the smear 😍😍

Ask for Cat or Monique and tell them Jamie sent you! These are the BEST managers in town. They make sure your visit is always a great one!! Thank you ladies!! Bagels are always fresh and stocked. If they don't have what you want they will bake it up fresh for you, if they can at the time. Their hazelnut coffee is the BEST! Grab a cup or 2!

OVERALL- I like their bagels and sandwiches. I love their eggs are actual real eggs- I’ve seen them crack and make them. Supposedly they are free range chicken eggs. NEGATIVE STAR- I have 4 stars because this particular location doesn’t give a lot of shmear/cream cheese compared to other locations I’ve been to (I like LaVista North Druid Hills location). Also, I have ordered something as drive through and they forgot the egg which was annoying because each egg cost $3.19 (as of Oct 2022). INSIDE/CLEANLINESS- Always clean inside. I’ve seen some ppl inside with their laptops working. Spacious enough and the inside seating is never packed. OUTSIDE- one circular bench with umbrella. Little loud from the street but good spot to eat and go. STAFF- very nice.

I’m too addicted to Einstein Bros. Bagels !! I’m sorry but I love not having to toast and spread cream cheese on my own bagel I absolutely love it. I come here way to often. This location is always consistent and friendly! Even though it’s located on the busy section of Howell Mill… I still find myself coming here often 🥯!! If only they didn’t close at 2 😞💔‼️
