Octavia was amazing. It’s so refreshing to encounter a joyful person especially in the morning. She was professional and pleasant. I am crew and frequent here a lot because it is quick and she was multitasking and getting the line moved fast.

They don't accept cash, card only. Also you have to order your own food through a computer and then employees get it together. As expected their prices are higher. A tiny container of dip costs $1.25. Their mini hot dogs, pizza and regular salted pretzels were delicious.

Pretzels should be made fresh due to high prices at airport location. My Pretzel or Pretzel dog was NOT fresh. My $14 was NOT well spent.

The pretzel there was really good and I got it fast. It just seemed like the woman at the counter hated her job and did not seem friendly with me or any customer. I still recommend going there because there pretzels is good even if their customer service is lacking friendliness

First time here. Located in the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International airport, T side. The workers were very nice and helpful. I didn't know they had different flavors, pretzel pups, dogs and dipping sauces. A cup of originals, dipping sauce and a bottled drink were almost $13. It was clean and fresh. A bit pricey but everything is at the airport. Check out my videos.
