go if only for Jimmy! I moved in across the street a month ago but just haven’t gotten over to the bar. My family came in to visit me and catch a Braves game and we were in need of a place to grab a cold beer before we headed to the stadium. We went to the door but they weren’t open yet. No big, we’d just head over to a place close to the stadium. Nope! Jimmy ran out and caught us. We were welcomed with open arms before they were even technically opened! Jimmy opened the bar for us and gave us the rundown of what to expect from the bar on any given night. We will definitely head across the street to BJs for an after-work beverage anytime, especially Wednesday and Thursday when Jimmy is tending the bar. If you want a homey bar where you can have a great time while maintaining the dive vibe, look no further. I’m certainly going to become a familiar face if for no other reason than to catch up with Jimmy :)
