Suri Mediterranean Grill

Never heard of Suri Mediterranean before today when I saw it on GrubHub. I love try new places, so I ordered the Beef Koobideh Rice Bowl. Also added a ala carte extra of chicken Shwarma and a side of fries. The order arrived complete and packaged well for delivery, albeit a bit cool. Considering the delivery distance and temperatures in the low 40’s, it’s not surprising. But that’s what microwaves are made for. The beef was cooked well, somewhere between medium rare and medium and mildly seasoned. There were two beef rolls shaped like sausage links that were on a bed of long grain rice (believe it was basmati) then covered with veggies (lettuce, onions, tomato and pickle). The Chicken Shawarma (separate for additional charge) was put on top of the veggies. It was a touch dry, but not overcooked, seasoned well and tasty. The fries were very reminiscent of the curly fries from a National food chain that were straightened out. Much tastier than expected. Sauces were average. Overall the food was delicious and their was a generous amount of it. Would certainly order from here again.

One of the most fantastic Mediterranean food places I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating from. I was on vacation from Charleston SC and came to the mall for a few stores we don’t have, and grabbed a quick lunch, and we were very pleasantly surprised. If we lived closer, it would definitely become a regular place for us to eat from. People are super friendly, helpful and food was phenomenal. We definitely would come in to the mall just for this place. If your on the fence...just come in and get the food!!! You know you want to!!
