their spicy chicken sandwiches were really good & were served hot as well as their french fries. the food was expensive but the server was patient when we decided to change our orders, he forgot to say my pleasure. i would recommend this place, expect to spend $10-20 per person for food at this restaurant

Food was cold for the wait time. Ita always busy in the airport. They need to figure out how to manage the congestion. Too many people waiting everywhere. Where is the line? Where ia the waiting space? The staff were over it. Ready to leave or go on break. In hindsight, they weren't rude to any customers. I thank my cashier for remaining calm and patient. I gifted her starbucks gift card. I think she'll need more than coffee after this day. They never have parfaits. Always out.

Busy airport location. They were short staffed but kept going strong. The manager was amazing to his employees and customers. He kept a positive attitude and radiated great energy for all of the employees to keep their morale up during the busy rush. He even interacted with the line of people spreading great energy and saying thank you for patience.

I was Truly Amazed at how fast they took care of the 20 people ahead of me at this location. Limited menu and Good Selections, Food was fresh and Tasty . Staff is very professional, courteous attentive and a pleasure to deal with. ENJOY....

Doesn't matter if you're at your neighborhood stand alone or an airport, Chick-fil-A has great people. Kinda, courteous and fast. Good food and decent prices. What else is there to say?

The wait for food was ridiculously long. The cashier's acted like they could care less about being there. The ONLY positive, was the Managers. They were truly amazing! They worked their butts off! Running around putting together orders.Apologizing profusely to the customers, for the wait. Chick-fil-A is a very lucky to have them.

This store was busy but fast. I got lemonade $3+ when I ordered tea. My nuggets were extra extra small. My sauce was missing. Lucky I checked before leaving. Food came out fast tho. Someone's Amex was was still in the machine and when I handed it to the cashier they made no effort to locate the customer. They just said they would be back. Since it was in the airport, the person may have been on the plane before they realized it was left.

Airport Chick-fil-A is well run. No drive through makes it a better place. They actually focus on the walk up customer unlike most other Chicks. And they hustle!
