El Ponce - Atlanta - Photo album

A great place with local ingredients. Colorful decor and lively atmosphere. The patio has heat lamps for when it’s cold outside and also has inside seating. We had the taco salad, beef Birria and fish taco.
Service was great, the food was good but I do like some other places better. The portions were big, and the soft drinks were in a can or bottle, with no free refills. Checks automatically get a 20% gratuity added to them regardless of party size, which the service was definitely worth it. Prices we
Really enjoyed our dinner. Everything was great. But as a restaurateur, I don’t like gratuity already being added in and not being told. I usually tip 30-40 percent. But felt a bit shady to already have gotten 20% and not say anything. It should be said out loud in my opinion. And what if the ser
This is the food you want to be eating, such a good place. bit of a hike by foot but it's worth the walk.
A really charming restaurant in Poncey-Highland! Great decorations both outdoors and in. Like any self-respecting Tex-Mex joint, the chips and salsa are on the house. Go from 4-7 PM for great Happy Hour deals, both on food and drinks. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly (admittedly, it wa
Everyone is kind and welcoming ! Food is authentic and fresh! Free chips and salsa , margaritas , uh too good 😌!
Great food, drinks and service. Also has my favorite salsa it's so tasty. The food usually comes out fast and fresh so a good place to go if you need a quick bite but you can also chill and take your time if you want.
I’ve come here several times, especially when they have a local mariachi playing. They have great outdoor seating no matter the season (with heaters for the winter and fans and umbrellas for the summer) The food is always AWESOME and it’s very authentic. Their elote and chicken mole are my go to ord
Great service, the atmosphere is so cute and they have a large outdoor patio. Chips and queso were good. Large portions with typical Mexican dishes. We will be back! I liked the enchiladas but didn’t get to try my tamale before this review.
Real Authentic Mexican Food. This food tasted so real and so fresh. It didn’t taste like the cookie cutter Mexican Food that you can get at All Mexican places. The chicken tacos were so good. You also can not beat the amount of good food you get for such a low price. Our server and the manager had g
What a great find, good service, delicious food and great margaritas. I’m a hard judge of a margarita and the three different varieties we had were all excellent. There are two places in Atlanta that make truly good margaritas and this is one of them. The chips and salsa were also good and the guaca
If you like Latin food, you will like this restaurant because of it Mexican culture and it’s food diversity. The waitress was really nice and they have English and Spanish workers here who are very nice. I ordered Chicken whit rice and it was amazingly delicious 🤤 . I would like to learn to cook lik
I LOOOVEE this restaurant!!! It is one of my favorite places to dine! I have been dining at this restaurant for years and I’m always pleased by the food and service I get from Olivia and Roberto!!! They always make sure my food and drinks are perfect!!! This is my treat I look forward to at least on
We live right by El Ponce so we come here probably 2-3 times per month. They’ve put in an automatic 20% tip system but service has been great lately. Recently decided to try their chicken soup randomly and it was SO good.
