I haven’t had any issues with this Subway ever before and I’ve been patronizing this business since 2017. Before I crossed the threshold to enter into the store, I almost got my head chopped off because I pulled up with my van and trailer. An older lady of color and I use ‘lady’ loosely because only vulgar words come to mind when thinking of this person. No hello, no thing but ‘you can’t order and eat here parked like that’ I told her that I’m placing an order to pick up. She then said ‘ain’t no orders for pick up here’. I said no I want to place an order pick up and leave. The other ‘lady’ again loosely termed chimed something in to the convo but by then I was so offended that I just walked back out. I like to patron my local spots near my business but this was straight out rude and disrespectful. If you read the other reviews if this place you’ll see it’s the same lady. I’m not going back and if you’re that unhappy working there then find something that you’ll be happier at! Oh I forgot maybe that’s the only job that you can get right now. Do something more positive then. When you know better do better!

This store never fails to disappoint. They never accept any coupons, or promotions, even if they are valid, and every time i go in, the staff is always in an active, aggressive argument with a patron. Of all the Subways I've visited, this one has, by far, the worst customer experience.

The older lady that made my sandwich had such a bad attitude. I wanted to just leave my sandwich there. I asked for more pickles she said we follow a formula I said can I just pay for extra gosh. I try to support businesses that are in my neighborhood but I doubt I’ll come back to this subway.

The black lady litera Has an attitude EVERYTIME i go, & i work across the street. I wanted jalapeños on my sandwich and she said she could only give me 3 because of a food shortage. I thought that was absurd being that there was a full tub of jalapeños and she was being rude about giving me 2 more. Smh. I’ll never go back and i encourage everyone in this area to go elsewhere!! Poor service

Old Man at the restaurant rude. I sat down to eat my food and he asked me “are you going to clean up behind yourself” while I was eating. He assumed i was going to make a mess and he bothered a paying customer. There are no signs that say that I can’t sit and enjoy my food. Don’t spend money here

I came with my family at 2:15 pm, the rude staff locked the door while I was approaching. I knocked and she ignored me. She then let a customer out the door and I asked her was she closed, she didn't respond and locked the door again. Very rude and disrespectful.

I showed up here to get a sandwich. 2 workers are inside and i was told that the individual in front of me was there last customer and they where going on break. Its 6:05pm. So no services with 2 people working inside. Yeah poor performance .

Horrible service. They close earlier than when they are supposed to. I stopped coming to this location several years ago because of the bad customer service. I only returned yesterday because my parents wanted food from here. Unfortunately nothing has changed. I definitely placed an order through the Subway's app and paid for my food items before coming here to pick up my order. When I got there, the young ladies acted like they knew nothing of my order and told me that they didn't see my name. I showed them on the app where Subway charged me and they said that they needed to have a receipt in order to move forward with making the order. I find that utterly ridiculous. Besides that, they were not going to make my sandwich anyway because they told me as soon as I walked in the door that the gentleman that was in front of me was the last person that they were serving (although it was not even closed and the least that they could have done was service me due to my inconvenience). I asked one of the ladies to confirm the specific store number, she played dumb like she didn't want to help me. The other one confirmed the number for me, but stated again that I would have to call Subway to get everything fixed while walking around with an attitude. None of them provided me a corporate number when I asked for it. I guess the ladies are known for making food slow because one of the guys in the line told me that they were slow. Nothing like this should happen to anyone. I rate this location an absolute 0 in professionalism, tact, integrity, and ethics. These reviews are full of 1 star ratings for a reason. When is something going to be done about that? Now I have to place a call to my bank to get a refund for a meal that I didn't receive. Such a total waste of time and money. What a disappointing establishment in a Black neighborhood. Do better.
