This spot gets a lot of bad review action so I was prepared for the worst. I had not been to a Teavana in many years, but had the hankering for some Mate blend they have.
I am glad I went because they were extremely nice and helpful. It can probably be awkward selling expensive tea in a mall, but these folks were great. They were comfortable answering all my random questions about tea & preparation - all without making me feel silly for asking.
I ended up buying some tea... then returning the next day to grab a water heater. When I got home - there was no power cable in the box. Totally annoying, but they had one ready for me to pick up or ship to me along with 4oz. Free tea ( didn't matter which type!! ).
I give them 5 stars up. Go get some tea. Cheers.
