Good food and friendly service. They really need to fix or remove the tipping option. It's not touch screen nor do you touch the tabs next to the amount. Excellent customer service! Clean, great bagels. Kind staff and will be back. These employees work hard, please consider an increase in pay for all of them! Long lines and they still greet the guests with a huge smile and a sense of humor!

Service was great. The taste of the food and coffee was great too. I don't know what people in the South call a bagel though. I'm from New Jersey, the land of amazing bagels and pizza. Great service! Cashier lady this morning was very friendly as I explained it’s to early for me to function. Food was ready quickly and overall great experience!

Recently retried this location. Lately there's been only one person working but she is very efficient. Even alone gives the best customer service she can. I hope she gets good help soon that's better than the last staff.

This is a really good combo of chains, providing great bagels and great coffee. They could use a little more seating space, but was still able to post up and chat for a while easily. They have a couple comfy chairs by a fake fireplace which was nice.
