Terrible establishment, poor customer service, horrible attitude, employee rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to change her gloves as she had just touched the oven, meats, perishables, vegetables and a receipt trying to make another online order.

Subway worker poured a bucket or two of water on the floor while customers waiting online. Mopped the whole floor. When informing her someone might fall. She stated She don't care. She did not do it last night and have to to it now. The ones outside see the wet floor cone. Then water splash on my stockings and shoes with mop. She does not care if anyone falls. Crazy.

Friendly staff but...
* they didn't have the Italian herb and cheese bread
* door handle and lock on men's bathroom are visibly broken
* there was a puddle of water about half inch deep in front of the bar with the yellow sign to watch for wet floor and mop bucket next to it. I was tempted to start mopping up the water.

I occasionally get a sub after working out at the LA Fitness on my way back to work. I always order via the Subway app and never have a problem. Food is always waiting on me when I walk in. People are always friendly and food is delicious. What more can you ask for?

When I first walked in, I need to use the restroom. The employee automatically thought I was homeless and a non paying customer. I just don't understand how people can be so rude and disrespectful to potential customers. I actually came there do get food for a homeless man sitting outside the court house but decided to get myself something as well so I could sit and eat with him.

I frequent this subway now that I work near the capital. It's run by a family that I presume immigrated from the middle east. Nothing wrong with that in ANY way. However I have had frequent customer service issues. Some the ladies there (90% are ladies) do not speak English clearly. So when I give my order some times I can't understand what they're saying. This led to me getting double meat on flat bread that was completely sloppy. Sometimes they don't understand very clearly stated orders. A guy in line ordered a regular coffee. They made hazel nut. When he pointed out the issue they kept reiterating that hazel nut was in fact a regular coffee. They just didn't understand, he took the coffee. My last visit was just annoying. I paid with a 10 dollar bill for a 8 dollar order. I got nooooooooo change other than a quarter that came out automatically from the cash register. When I brought up the fact that I didn't get my dollar bills she looked wide eyed at me pointed to the coins and said with a smile "there". I asked again she looked around at her family member to the side smiled at me again and shook her head. I just walked out not wanting to argue with a language barrier.
Some of the good things is that one of the older ladies sometimes gives food to some of the homeless people who come in. Generally the crew there is pleasant and prepare the food well.

THEY NEVER HAVE BREAD! They really dont make the bread fresh everyday! 👿 We had to go to a whole new town just to get a dagum SUB!!😈😈 There other food taste like💩💩 They need to het bread if they donit have none, GET SOME FROM KROGER!!🥵😡🤬🤬OR the SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!!!!😈💩👺😳😡🤬🤬
