The owner and staff kept going back and forth talking while making my food and I was in a rush. She wasn’t paying attention and put tons of sauce on my sandwich I can’t even eat it

Terrible establishment, poor customer service, horrible attitude, employee rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to change her gloves as she had just touched the oven, meats, perishables, vegetables and a receipt trying to make another online order.

Subway worker poured a bucket or two of water on the floor while customers waiting online. Mopped the whole floor. When informing her someone might fall. She stated She don't care. She did not do it last night and have to to it now. The ones outside see the wet floor cone. Then water splash

I occasionally get a sub after working out at the LA Fitness on my way back to work. I always order via the Subway app and never have a problem. Food is always waiting on me when I walk in. People are always friendly and food is delicious. What more can you ask for?

When I first walked in, I need to use the restroom. The employee automatically thought I was homeless and a non paying customer.
