I went back again around 7:25 PM EDT 10/30/2023. They should have the employees try to eat a beef 'n chedder sandwich in their car without napkins. I don't know what happened to this place. The service was awful A. I was asked to pull aside to because my food wasn't ready. That's fine. I don't mind that. However, the cashier just pointed to the parking lot.. I realized, it wasn't clear where I could go where they could quickly find me and deliver my food B. There was no napkins in my bag. C. When I called the restaurant to express my frustration, no one answered even though I let the phone ring until it timed out on me . Old review, probably overcast year old: This was a very pleasant experience. The staff is both very friendly and very efficient.

I believe her name was Tammy, she is the most amazing and sweetest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Even while being understaffed, a bit flooded with late nighters like me, she was incredibly kind and quick, made sure everything was absolutely 100% right before handing me the food. Even checked the bag in front of me! Politely listing everything i had ordered and asking if id like to add anything else or if more napkins would be helpful. She was amazing and i hate how long it took me to get this review written! Tammy you are beautiful and DESERVE A MASSIVE RAISE AND RECOGNITION! Tammy 100% needs to be commended for above and beyond customer service, care, and professionalism.
