The staff are so professional and friendly the food was hot , fresh and delicious. I can say that this location has really influenced and inspired my faith in customer service and the quality of a brand . One my many reasons I return to Arby's no matter what State I'm in.
I went back again around 7:25 PM EDT 10/30/2023. They should have the employees try to eat a beef 'n chedder sandwich in their car without napkins.
I don't know what happened to this place. The service was awful
A. I was asked to pull aside to because my food wasn't ready. That's fine. I don't mind that. However, the cashier just pointed to the parking lot.. I realized, it wasn't clear where I could go where they could quickly find me and deliver my food
B. There was no napkins in my bag.
C. When I called the restaurant to express my frustration, no one answered even though I let the phone ring until it timed out on me .

This was a very pleasant experience. The staff is both very friendly and very efficient.
I believe her name was Tammy, she is the most amazing and sweetest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Even while being understaffed, a bit flooded with late nighters like me, she was incredibly kind and quick, made sure everything was absolutely 100% right before handing me the food. Even checked the bag in front of me! Politely listing everything i had ordered and asking if id like to add anything else or if more napkins would be helpful. She was amazing and i hate how long it took me to get this review written! Tammy you are beautiful and DESERVE A MASSIVE RAISE AND RECOGNITION! Tammy 100% needs to be commended for above and beyond customer service, care, and professionalism.
Stop by the drive-through at 8pm on a Chilly night and Ms. Tammy took really good care of us!! Double checking all our order and being really pacient with us!

Great updated and clean lobby eating area. Friendly staff and very fast service inside as well as watching the cars fly through the drive thru. Though the sandwich doesn't look like the pictures in Arby's television advertising it was still fresh and tasted good. I'll certainly visit this location again.
Ice machines broke in the lobby and they have the audacity in the South to ask you if you want ice in your drink

Decent chicken salad. Must ask to have sandwich cut in half. Good fries. Customer service blah. Not rude just not interested.
Food was good and employee was nice once I got his attention. It is set up a little different so they had no idea I was there for about 5 minutes and their conversation was hilariously inappropriate but still funny.
Customer service was the best I've seen from a fast food chain in a long time. The staff was very formal and inviting. Two thumbs up!
