Starbucks

Thank you to the team that was working this morning (12/13). I had just left a vet appointment with my very sick dog and randomly began to cry in the middle of my order and they acknowledged that and went above and beyond to be patient and empathetic with me. It was so sweet and meant the world to me. These are the kind of people that make a difference. I have been to this location prior and the service and quality and is always good!

This is my Starbucks because I take my son to SCAD some days and this is where I go to hang out while he is in class. I love this Starbucks because I am old school, meaning I love the sweet smiling faces of the staff, their dedication to quality and their willingness to right a wrong. The shop is always clean and has comfy chairs. The management and staff engages customers and make sure my experience is amazing. I have seen them be kind to all people and they rock for being so inclusive. I was there today and their computers went down. It was not a problem for me because I’m a go with the flow kind of woman, but this awesome staff took care of me and when I tried to pay it was on the house to compensate for my wait time. This is the way you run a service industry business. Thanks for making My Starbucks a safe, sweet, gentle, kind, and comfortable place for me to hang out, work, or just people watch. It really says something about your staff when they ask me, a customer, how was your visit today, do you need anything.? I hope you know that you bring joy to my life through your kindness and attention. Thanks and keep it up.
