I am at McDonald’s at least five times a week, and I have been in the drive thru, inside the store and gotten delivery and when I say service has improved to 100 I’m not lying. I used to dread going to McDonald’s now I don’t mind the little wait because I’m food is correct and the service is good. P

The Manger in the morning is beautiful and funny and very warm definitely being under paid and under acknowledged she fixed my issues quick fast and autonomously. Her staff didn't even know that the issue had been resolved. I have a special order for a household that is trying to get off of dairy,
