Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

So I've been going to this Popeyes since I moved to Atlanta in 2016, and it is by far my favorite Popeyes! The food is ALWAYS fresh and on Point!!! My last visit was on Sept. 09. 2023 around 8 pm, I had been craving the New Sweet N' Spicy wings and let me tell you babbbbyyyy these wings are EVERYTHING!!! If you have not tried them what the hell are you waiting for, go get 'em' before they are gone! However back to my said visit, my mom and I hopped in the truck with the baby to go grab my wings and once we got there there was quite a wait because they were preparing fresh chicken. We ended up waiting about 30-40 mins. which I don't mind for fresh food. This is not a downplayed review at all this is me shouting out the manager on duty that night Damario and giving him his FLOWERS!!! Damario is awesome!! his personality is everything and then some, once I walked in he knew exactly who I was and was preparing my order fresh and he even upped the anty since we had been waiting so long. Now I'm alllllll for excellent customer service, especially being from New York and I appreciated EVERYTHING about how he was accommodating his customers! As well as he was running his shift! The store was clean, the employees were pleasant, and the food was fresh, I can not say enough good about the experience I was provided by Damario!!! He is definitely the caliber of employee you want working for you!

I came to this Popeyes this week and the gentleman taking drive through orders had the worst customer service so I get to the window and of course you don’t get a receipt( i was going to use the information on the receipt to voice my concerns), so I asked for one and the young lady at the window told me she could only take a picture of it and proceeded to ask for my phone, I’m looking at her like I will not give you my phone to do that so I asked for a manager about 3xs and everyone up front tried everything to not get me to a manager so finally a manger comes and I express my concern on why the drive through person was so rude and then everyone follows the same mannerisms when I get to the window. Monty informed me he was the GM and he handled the situation with the utmost respect and understanding that I have never seen in the fast food/ hospitality sector! Monty is the only reason this is a 5 star post so I say this to say speak up and ask for management, yes we may all be in a hurry and no we don’t want to argue with anyone or match their energy but remain stern and respectful when you ask for management and watch the outcome because we are the consumers and our monies keep the business open, therefore we do have a voice and I want to thank Monty publicly for his respect and treating me like a customer he truly appreciated.
