Willy's Mexicana Grill

Sheila and team on 11/10/23 were absolute angels!!! Willy's online pickup times were confusing online and we thought we had a pickup at 12, but it was NOT. So when we came in at 12 trying to pick up, it wasn't ready but Sheila said "give me 15-20 minutes" and by God they made it happen. These people deserve a raise for working so hard and keeping a smile on their faces! Thank you team 💞

Stopped in over the weekend and was genuinely shocked by the service. Everyone was so professional, courteous, and attentive. I've never felt the need to complain before — the last few years have been incredibly difficult for our service industry friends between entitled customers and staff shortages. But the most recent team at this Willy's was so phenomenal, and the dining area was so much more noticeably clean, I figured we should take time to acknowledge the changes! One staff member in particular made the experience really enjoyable. He was very sweet and I noticed he took his time with each customer making sure their orders received a special amount of attention-to-detail. I haven't had service like that in a long time — it was really nice! I'll have to get his name next time so we can properly shout him out. But overall, our experience was great and we're appreciative of the extra levels of care. Great job and thank you all!

Willy's Mexican Grill have the same vibe as the other Mexican Grill chain. However the chips are way more fresh. The chicken had more flavor and the staff was great. I enjoy the visit and the lunch. Very fresh ingredients and the dip sauces were great. I will be visiting again as another great option for lunch in the area. I encourage you to visit Willy's Mexican Grill before you go to those other chain Mexican grills. Willy's Mexican Grill won't disappoint you.

By far the best mexican food i had in atlanta … I’ve tried a few different places but this is my new go to spot for great food and amazing service. I met the gm harold and he told me all about the menu and lets not even speak about the lemonde lol better than grandma used to make thats all ill say …. Definitely check this place out

Ordered two bowls not much meat and it was cold meat .Main ingredient was beans and Quinoa ,bowl full of beans ! Didn’t get both salsa’s that was ordered no pico on my steak bowl my dip was cold also so I had to take all the guacamole off and heat it up and I’m less than 5 mins away! I want a refund the dip was all I liked and ate !I called to let them kno I was returning it but no answer!$39.69wasted

Fast casual Tex-Mex restaurant with a Margarita Bar. All Burritos, quesadillas and salads are fresh and made to order. Counter service allowing you to pick your individual items to add to your meal. Free chips and nice little salsa bar. And they offer fresh or frozen margaritas. Nice open atmosphere and outside covered patio. The staff was very nice.
