Pretty good dry cleaners. Needed my suits done every week. They always came out great, one time I forgot my keys in my pocket and they made sure to put them aside. Very nice attendant as well and good price for quality of work. Only reason I will stop using them is because I'm moving from the neighborhood

My whole family has been going to Ralph's forever. They are always quick, courteous, professional, and they do an amazing job on alterations! I'm always greeted with a smile upon arrival and I always leave with perfectly cleaned clothes and/or superb alterations!

Worst experience I have had at a dry cleaner. Clothes I dropped off for a funeral were not ready even though I went to pick it up a day after they told me it would be ready. When I did pick up my clothing, some of the clothes had stains that weren't there before. I was never given an apology for any of the inconvenience, but was blamed for the delay.

They.always do great job and are reliable! The alterations are done with great care to detail. My dryer broke down and due to my time constants I have been using the wash & fold laundry services which are great and always ready when promised.

They always do a great job at Ralph's and the prices are very reasonable. I've been going there for years now and, even though I've moved and other dry cleaners are closer, I still make the trip to Ralph's for all of my dry cleaning needs! They are very friendly as well.

WOW!! Lili is the best for customer service at the counter. Sunny, the manager, pays personal attention to details. They are like a custom laundry for great prices. I have moved from the neighborhood and still will drive 40 miles each week to use them.

I took 4 once worn white shirts ro be cleaned. When i returned i was handed a 25$ tab. I asked why it was so much and was told that the shirts were really stained and yellow. 4 BRAND NEW, ONCE WORN WHITE SHIRTS. I was told they needed special cleaning. I wasnt tild prior and they didnt need it when i dropped them off. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER.
