I came here after a bad encounter with a staff member at It’s Sugar, and I’m glad I did! They opened on time, the employee was professional, the cookies were fresh/not stale, and she actually treated us like she wanted our business. I appreciate great customer service and fresh food.

You can’t really beat a Great American Cookie cake. I started with one of the designs on their website and requested a few adjustments, it came out perfect. The staff at this location were super friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to order another one soon!

One of my daughters favorite parts of her birthday is a Great American Birthday Cookie! I love this Atlantic Station location and Annik is the reason. She was patient and kind with me. Not to mention how fabulous my daughters birthday cookie looked.

I ordered a 6 pack on uber eats. Long story short, theyre better than insomnia cookies for sure. Way softer and clearly made better. 4 stars because they were just a liiiiittle too sweet. I got the snickerdoodle, peanutbutter, double fudge and chocolate chip. All were goos but chocolate chip was most crunchy. Would order again

I usually just stop in here to get a drink every so often. They have delightful frozen lemonades and regular lemonades in different flavors. I'm always impressed by the fast and speedy service; they are very courteous and polite. If they can't give me a certain flavor, they are sure to swap it out with something else.

Great customer service! Chewy chocolate for the gluten intolerant palette. Yummy smoothies as well. Also, great Father’s Day cookies - Giant and small.

Ordered a salted pretzel and 6 cookies. While the service was excellent, the product was not. The pretzel was hard and crunchy. It was clearly out past it’s expired time and while the cookies flavor was excellent, the texture was that of the pretzel. These were timed out as well. Only suggestion would be to rotate product to ensure guests get the best of what you have to offer.

Ordered a cookie cake for my son's birthday and they were extremely helpful and did a wonderful job with custom artwork to match our theme. It seriously was so easy and everyone I spoke with so friendly and knowledgable. I can't say enough good things about this place!
