This Chili's location is by far the best I have been to ! The service is always amazing ! The servers are always attentive, time efficient and overall genuinely polite ! Even when there is a bit of a wait, it really takes no time at all , and the team does an amazing job at keeping track of the waitlist! The food is 10/10, and the drinks 12/10 , all for a great price at that too ! Special shout to the manager, Jean, for checking in with each and every customer to make sure everyone is well taken care of ! I will definitely be going back to this location !

I visited this Chili's after a recent visit and was VERY IMPRESSED with Terrence who was my server and was sensitive to my needs. The food was excellent and I really enjoyed my visit. Years ago I used to come here religiously but then many of the staff and managers left and there was a prominent vacuum afterwards and service was inconsistent. To add insult to injury they had unpredictable hours due to staffing issues but I can see that has been resolved.

We met up with some friends and ate dinner at this location last night. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. When the kitchen was backed up, she kept us informed and refilled our bottomless chips. We didn't have to wait too long. When the payment machine froze and failed to work correctly, she figured it out. She used humor and made our visit light hearted. Our take out meal was quickly done. Everyone's food was fine and tasted good. I ordered the shrimp tacos and doubled the rice instead of the black beans. Strawberry lemonade is always ordered. The 2 for $25 is no longer available nationwide and the 3 for $10 has increased in price, of which I'm certain is due to inflation and the ever increasing cost of food.

We went on a weeknight and it was surprisingly busy. The service was great but the atmosphere was lack luster (as expected). As a vegetarian, there was almost nothing I could eat (which is rare at restaurants these days). The prices were high in relation to the quality, especially given all the amazing food options in Atlanta. I personally wouldn't return unless I had no other options.

We came here after a terrible experience at Applebees. Should have just came here instead. From the time we entered Chili’s, we were seated as soon as possible. Our server, Sasha, came right away to take our orders and offer us water. Although it was busy, she went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed for a great dining experience! The specialty margarita they have for $6.00 was so tasty! Be sure to eat the candy that comes on top of the drink! Our food was great and I HIGHLY recommend dining here. Ask for Sasha when you visit!
