Nice little place inside the Grant Park Market. The market has a loyalty program and after so many dollars in purchases, you can redeem your points for a percentage off your groceries or for items on the Gather menu. You order a the counter and they bring the food out to you. I got the steak & cheese bagel with my points and also coffee, waffle and chicken sausage. All the food was delicious and the service was wonderful. I’ll be heading back to try some of the lunch items.
The outside should really have a more conspicuous signage that specifies that Gather is within athe Grant Market.
Aside from that, the food is delicious and the environment is welcoming.
The market has many super convenient items and diversity amongst them for eaters of different lifestyles.
Google calls this place Gather which was confusing as the sign on the outside says Grant Park Market. Took us 6 laps around the spot before we figured that out. Was on the cusp of 4 vs 5 stars. It was good food but not quite at the 5 star mark. Also, it was our first time coming in there, we were greeted (someone said hi) but didn’t know what to do.. do we sit ourselves? The chicken sandwich was yummy but overall messy and kind of hard to consume. Bun got soaked in the honey/hot sauce. Not faulting them for that but just noting. Fries were great! A great little cafe to go to otherwise.
The sandwich was great - but the bowl was lacking a little. The crew was off the day we visited - it happens.
Always great never disappoints. Fantastic fresh food options. Everything is always tasty. Plenty of healthy options.
This was my second time going definitely a go-to spot will be coming more often brought my Son for the first time he loved it he said this is definitely going to be one of his spots!!!
Great staff at the restaurant and market. Every single staff person is awesome .
Food is good .
Gather has a fresh and inviting look and welcoming atmosphere.
The menu features an array of delicious sandwiches, with a focus on classic deli-style offerings. I opted for their highly recommended muffuletta, which was served on a fresh bread and stuffed with layers of salami, ham, and provolone cheese, all topped off with a tangy olive tapenade. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the bread was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. I also tried their pulled pork Cuban sandwich, which was packed with tender and juicy pork, ham, swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on a toasted roll. It was delicious.
Overall, The Market Deli is a hidden gem that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious sandwich. The muffuletta and pulled pork Cuban sandwiches were both outstanding, and the service was top-notch. It's a great place to grab a quick lunch or pick up something to take home. I cannot wait to come back and try more of their offerings.
Went in looking for pistachio milk. Non around. So sad. It's ok though. I tried. (The restaurant was connected [inside] to a grocery store.)
One of my favorite places to do take out breakfast. The staff is wonderful and super friendly and accommodating.
I made an online order and they were out of something and immediately called me to let me know and offer me alternatives. I was even allowed to call back and add something to my order.
The food was ready for pick up quickly and stayed warm while I was driving home. We ordered a little bit of everything and none of our team had complaints.
