I took over a lease in Nov 2023 and I’ve been extremely happy with the building so far - no complaints! The amenities are great and all of my maintenance requests have been addressed very quickly and efficiently! The amazing folks at the front desk and leasing office are extremely friendly, accommodating and always willing to work with you to help address any unforeseen circumstances in the best way possible. Very happy to be a resident of this building :)

I had the pleasure of staying in these luxury apartments for a year while attending college. I must say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The apartment itself was spacious, modern and clean, with all the amenities one could need. What made my stay even more pleasant was the management team. Shayla was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to help my girlfriend and I to find a home last minute. They even have concierge service to make you feel safe. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. With a stunning location and exceptional management, this apartment ticks all the boxes for a perfect stay!

When I first leased here in 2022, the staff here have been nothing but nice and accommodating. Shayla, Jamila and Stephen have been more than courteous, welcoming, helpful and so polite. Literally anything that I needed, they have been amazing to assist. The good vibes are there! Concierge has always been helpful and nice as well. The maintenance team (Oscar, Bahrat, Jerry and Fletcher) have always been available to resolve any work orders and I love that they all speak when I see them. The cleaning crew are nice and so sweet. After living here for more than a year, I decided to renew my lease again. The location is perfect, the building is very safe and I love my apartment. Cheers to another year!

Been living here for ~5 years and still really love it (which says something about a rental). Shayla in leasing rocks and really makes you feel like family. Khary is AMAZING at the front desk and goes above and beyond to help whenever possible (even when he has a million things going on). Great experience.

Nine15 Midtown has been an excellent place to call home! All of the staff has been so easy to work with. The doormen staff are always so friendly and really care about you as a person, the security team knows residents by name and really ensures the property is a safe space, and the leasing team are always so kind and happy to be around. The maintenance team is prompt and helpful for any requests. This place has felt too good to be true at times! The community is also awesome, I've met so many people since moving here because of the dog park and random community events. Highly recommend Nine15!

Extremely impressed with the level of security enforced at this building. Patrol is active and alert 24/7. Also the concierge service provides top service, Grandever and Seven assist me with getting packages and letting my guest in with the highest professionalism. I appreciate how responsive maintenance is as well. Jerry is also super nice and also so helpful!
