This is definitely a place that cares about good customer service. The food is cooked with love. And the servers are all very polite. My server Jennifer was really sweet. She’s definitely a pro and knows her stuff about the menu and the business.

the Grits and eggs were REALLY good. I thought I’d have to add extra stuff like butter or salt and pepper but didn’t because it was seasoned and cooked GOOD.
The Strawberry pancakes were good.
Bacon could’ve been a lil crispier..but it was still pretty good. The winner was the SALMON Croquette. It was amazing. Crispy shell on the outside. Soft and amazing salmon on the inside. Delicious. Everything was a 10.

The food matched the environment and warming energy of this place. We enjoyed our meal and the service! Our waitress was Dani and she was attentive and knowledgeable. I would recommend sitting inside and dining in so you can have the food while it is fresh and hot.
The place itself could use a bit more love and care. The floors were sticky and had food on them from the servers cleaning off the tables and wiping food onto the floor. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean either but! I did let the manager know and she got on it! I will be returning and I recommend the catfish and grits and the breakfast bowl.

Service was great! The food was great and the coffee was deliciously good and hot! It may take a while for the food to come out due to the popularity of the medium sized facility. But, it is worth the wait! I would say it is not primed for very large groups due to space, but, you may be able to call ahead to find out. I'm glad my group and I visiting from out of town, found and selected Rosie's via Google. I wish I could pack it up and take it back to Miami with me! I think the locals would not allow that to happen based on how many repeat customers they have who are greeted by name. They also have Rosie's branded items for sale along with homemade desserts. Lunch is served starting at 11am. I highly recommend Rosie's.

We were looking for a place to have breakfast when I came along Rosie's Cafe. Read good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I didn't regret going one bit. Jenn the host was very friendly and welcoming. She made the experience even better. I got a blueberry waffle with chicken and the oatmeal cookie coffee and my husband got catfish with grits with regular coffee. The food was on point and so delicious. I plan to come one more time before we leave back to Cali.

We had an excellent experience here. Our server Gabby had such bright and welcoming vibes + A1 barista skills. Her oatmeal cookie latte was the best latte my dad has ever had! Our food came out fast and everything was delicious. Definitely try the breakfast bowl with fried chicken or veggie sausage (tasted very much like pork sausage)

Went there Saturday visiting from New Orleans to meet an old friend. Went to Rosie's Café due to proximity, ratings, and parking. Came in and the music playing in the background created a vibe. I was directed to my friend, and we were soon approached by Jennifer. She was a great server. I asked her opinion on menu items, and she told us if she ate it or not and what was popular. She was very, very personable. I got the Chicken and Waffles with a side of grits. The waffle was good. The chicken was perfectly seasoned. Didn't have to add any more salt, and the grits were not watery. Grits should never be watery. These were nice and thick. Jennifer would check in on us, but never too much. She was excellent. I would definitely go back next time I am there.

I have visited this cafe four times. The first two visits were above excellent experiences. From the staff to the food. I recommended the cafe to family, friends, and colleagues.
The third visit I ordered online...My order was not correct. However, it was quickly corrected and the staff (same as the fist visit) were extremely apologetic.
I ordered online again this morning. I was given the wrong order which I didn't realize until I arrived to the place of employment and looked at the receipt on the bag. I returned to the cafe. Upon entering, instead of apologizing, the cashier rudely stated that I had the wrong order which SHE GAVE to me (totally different staff from previous visits). Additionally, I ordered turkey sausage links. The cashier and server (different than the previous three visits) informed me that the cafe does not sell turkey sausage links...yet it's on the website's menu. I also ordered fried eggs over easy...they were hard. I had to request syrup for the French toast. Moreover...It was stated that the order would be ready at 8:49am. Even with leaving and returning, the order was not ready until 9:15am.
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the order's outcome, as well as the staff's attitudes and behaviors. Because of this, I'm strongly considering not patronizing this establishment any longer.

Spotted this lil joint while in the neighborhood visiting family. It's cute and needed in the area. We went on a Sunday morning, slightly before the church across the street finished. Such a lovely cafe, great decor and ambience. The wait staff left a bit to be desired. Our waitress had no sense of urgency, as the crowds started to pour in. She brought out a stainless steel mug of lukewarm coffee. The cup still had lipstick remnants from the previous user. We waited a while for the food, which means it should have arrived piping hot. Nope. The food was ok. The potential is definitely there, hoping this was just an "off" day.

I can't believe there are complaints about this wonderful cafe. I went for the first time yesterday. No wait time around 930a, wonderful server and service, food came out fairly quickly and delish! Those grits...wow! Oh, and great music. I can't wait to go back!

Rosie's Coffee Cafe is great spot to drink coffee and/or eat off of their awesome menu while I write. The service was great and Dee-Dee was an awesome wait person. This will become a regular spot for me.

I ordered an iced dirty chai when I was in town last month and it was hands down the best one I’ve ever ordered from any cafe. It was exactly how I wish all of the past chais I’ve ordered from other places tasted. Definitely recommend to stop by if you’re in their area �

We arrived at 10:40am to the Sylvan Road location. Server politely took our order and told us it would be 25 minutes, which was fine, as I expected the location to be busy. This was our first visit and we noticed after ordering that there were many folks waiting on to-go orders since the dining room was full. However, things went south after that. At 11:30, double our original wait time, I went in to check on the order. The server informed me it was cooked to order and would be ready soon and she would bring it outside to us. I went back out again and waited until noon to once again approach the counter to ask about the order. Was once again to wait outside and they would bring the food out. I waited 15 more minutes and went inside to ask for a refund. There, on the counter were three people's to-go orders, paid for and getting cold. After I had to find someone to retrieve the bag, it was handed to me with no apology for the hour and 35 minutes we waited for our order, which was a chicken biscuit and a waffle. When we walked back to the car, the server and another worker were just standing in the back parking lot talking, with a full dining room and customers lining the front of the building waiting on orders. It's a shame as this was my first visit and will likely be my last due to this experience.

A friend had been posting about this place so I decided to visit. It was smaller than I thought so I was glad to be there early before the rush. The food is made to order so it takes a .minute but you don't really notice with the amazing music and great service. I'll definitely be back.

Horrible service. If you order your food you need to at least order 1 and a half hour early. I ordered an A.M stacker and they got the order wrong after making us wait an hour and a half. Then they wouldn’t give me a refund so they made me late for my appointment because they had to remake the sandwich and it was still wrong �. ......oh and all my friends’ orders were wrong too! ��

Just had brunch for the first time with my nephew at Rosie's. The atmosphere was welcoming and hip but not ostentatious--love the ability to charge my laptop or phone at the table. Our server Dawn was a delight. The food was delicious, filling and was the closest to homemade I've had. The menu is simple but sophisticated. This is the type of place that any fabulous home cook who's been told they should open a restaurant dreams of launching. I'll be back with my neighbors soon!

There was no wait to be seated on a Sunday around 10:30am, which was great! However, it was well close to one hour before we were served our order. The food was good and the waitresses were friendly. I will consider returning but I am not wild about my experience here.
