Outstanding customer service and the food is always delicious 🤤 (this is every single location that I've gone to). And it's always a treat for me to indulge in good fast food at these establishments -- no wonder why the take-out line wraps around the block. 😜

As expected, in a mall, the prices of the items are more costly than a stand alone restaurant. The staff was super friendly. We didn't get a prize with the kid's meal, but it seemed like they must not be prepared for that since it didn't come in a kid's meal bag. Other than that, the spicy chicken sandwich could've been spicier but overall satisfied.

It's alright I absolutely love there strawberry 🍓 🍋 lemonade they have pretty good customer service but they took longer than expected and I asked for a chicken sandwich plain and they gave me nuggets and when I complained they couldn't switch it for me for free

This CFA is located inside the Lenox Mall Food Court. Although it gets busy at times, I have never had any issues with them. I have ordered food in line and have also ordered ahead. They are quick and efficient and the food is always good.
Try the Cobb Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch and Buffalo Sauce. So good!

Not often you find a fast food joint that makes the sandwiches as good as they look in the picture. For a mall food court, this chick fil a always delivers a beautiful and tasty sandwich! Fast and delicious. Recommend ordering ahead on the app here as they are always popular.

Great fresh food made to order..Always a go to for that quick fresh and hott meal. The service was outstanding and the young lady that took my order was so friendly and had a great smile too. Will be back for the Deals

Belinda and Angela are the best employees at Chick fil a, I work at the vans store upstairs and they are always there to make my day. I've noticed they both have every employee remember their regular customers names and are always so good to me. Thank you for everything you both do for me each time I come down for lunch

Love the food, especially the frosted caramel shake! I’m addicted! The line can get a bit long here and there seems to be some disorganization behind the counter as you wait for your drinks to be made while someone is yelling your name to grab your food at the other end of the counter.
Other than the line never had any issues and I necessarily wouldn’t consider the line an issue as I keep going back time after time.
