Dunkin'

While not the best part of our trip, as we were approached by a pretty adamant homeless gentleman outside the store about paying him $2 to hold an umbrella for us, the atmosphere inside was at least pleasant. I will say I was a bit nervous about our mobile order not being ready when we came in because our cc was rejected initially (out of towners placing a LARGE mobile order), and when we came in there was nothing on the pick up cart - but when we came to the counter and told them who we were, we were pleasantly surprised to find everything ready and waiting on us (9 specialty drinks, a brew box, 3 dozen donuts and a large box of donut holes). The ladies jumped to attention and helped us carry everything out to our vehicle IN THE RAIN, no less. Thank you for everything!

A few weeks ago I would have given 1 star, there was always a long line, and the women working behind the counter seemed overwhelmed and angry every time I went in. They have new staff since Thanksgiving. There’s no line now and the staff are nice and seem to have a positive attitude. It really makes a difference. Thank you and keep up the good work!

My favorite Dunkin in ATL period!! They are always courteous, and professional. They pay attention to detail when crafting your drinks. I frequent this location several times a week, and when I walk in, they are already ringing up my order! Now that's EXCELLENT customer service. They even remember our milk preferences! My latte is always perfect & I tried the roasted tomato humnus toast today...so Yummy!

I love this dunkin! I go every week! I use both in store ordering and the app, and they are always fast and efficient! My coffee order can be confusing and they always get it the first time no matter what! Love the staff at this location! If it were near my home I'd go daily! But its near my husband's barner so I get to go every week at least!

It's always good to start the day with Dunkin's! Especially when the iced coffee tastes amazing! I've had a love/hate relationship with this location, but I see some new faces, so maybe that's the difference now! Have to modify how I order my iced coffee to get it the way I like it.... so, so far so good! Keep up good improvements!

This is our favorite Dunkin since we moved here. The staff are always awesome. They were working the night downtown Atlanta erupted. Their windows were smashed. No employees were hurt but they were pretty shaken up. Yet they remained opened. They kept welcoming their regulars with smiles. That's always been consistent but under those circumstances it was beautiful. I hope that never changes. Today we stopped in and both employees were masked up properly the entire time. We appreciate that too. 🙂
