Panera Bread

I really appreciate the store manager tonight on making me a coffee for my manager while I’m at work. She went above and beyond for me. As for the girl with blue hair, she was rude and said “the coffee was out of stock and the store was closed,” when it was only 8:50. And how I “could talk to her manager.” I get it, working in retail isn’t enjoyable, but I really did not appreciate her attitude and how she wasn’t willing to help me. But shoutout to the manager for being so kind and fulfilling my coffee order!

The food is excellent; generous servings and delicious menu selections. But the staff needs improvement. 90% of them wear their masks below their noses, and I've observed some of them lowering their masks below their mouths when speaking. No one cleans the tables. Social distancing is not practiced by patrons waiting at the food prep station, and staff does nothing to manage the congregation.

Friendly staff and a consistent quality lunch for me or a catering order. This location never lets me down. Even when an order wasn't correct they've over compensated to make it write. The evening manager who worked on Wedhesday February 3rd has been there for a while and one of the many reasons I love this place.

The staff is so nice here. They are attentive and very willing to go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied. The food is always fresh and so is the coffee. The ambience is nice and inviting. Not too brightly lit. Soft music in the background. Patrons of all races, ages, and status. A nice vibe for a franchise. Speaking of the staff, I, personally, have been in the situation of not being able to order a specific item. The service associate was very apologetic and offered a substitution/suggestion - FOR FREE! Her suggestion was delicious and is now one of my favorite sandwiches to order. 😋 This is one of my favorite places to eat for breakfast.

I love this Panera! I ordered from the mobile Kiosk today because I didn't have my Panera Card. I was able to easily sign into my account, redeem my rewards and place my usual order. I wasn't able to request that my bagel be double toasted, but when I received it, it was! Just like I always like it. Someone on the staff must have saw me or the name and remembered how I like my bagel cooked, even though I didn't talk to them today. This location is my favorite and I'm so glad that it's walking distance to the Target I work at. I just had to take a minute to let everyone know how awesome the Panera at Perimeter Place is. Thanks for always treating me and my coworkers so well. 😊

This Panera location stays pretty busy. Its nice and the staff is friendly. I did rapid pay so I can bypass the line. I got the Broth bowl which is very good. Low calories and very filling. I also got the half steak and cheese. Which was a waste. Its one thin slice of i guess steak. Not much care went into making it at all. I'll skip that next time..
