I placed my order for “Freaky Fast delivery” over an hour ago and still did it receive my order, nor did anyone answer my call. So instead I decided drive to the store. Six employees in the store, and no one person greeted me. After standing waiting for someone to acknowledge me, someone else walks in (a woman) and she was greeted and asked to be serviced. After mentioning that I was overlooked, the tall gentleman with dreadlocks got very nasty with me as if I’m don’t deserve customer service. Young lady with braids spoke up to calm it Down, but he continued to mumble rudely under his breath. It’s all about customer service, and it was there today! Very distasteful

Ordered and paid for my sub online. Got my confirmation and everything. Pulled up and the restaurant was closed. Mind you, this restaurant closes at 6pm on Sunday, I pulled up at 5:30p. Complete waste of time and gas. Thankfully it was another Jimmy Johns up the street. Won’t be ordering from this location again

I was walking home from the train station and decided to stop and get my little family dinner for the night. I ordered 3 lil John combos for 6.99 each and two chocolate chip cookies. It was an horrible experience. The sandwich is only about 3 to 4 inches long, with turkey tomatoes n lettuce. I could've made this meal myself. Jimmy John's have nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON SUBWAY! Chip was okay and cookie had a bad after taste if you don't have anything to drink, it will be a sad day for u. 🤣🤣 Save ur coins and cook at home.

The employees are rude. They need a lesson in customer service. There were 5 people waiting on their food, with one of them saying he had been waiting 10 minutes for his order. Combine that with the employee saying they only ever have provolone cheese. Who doesn’t offer more options in a sandwich shop? Absolutely ridiculous. We were so irritated that we had paid for parking and left 5 minutes after parking.

I live right next door to JJs and frequent there at least once a week. I have a busy work schedule so being able to run downstairs, get lunch, and be back in 10 minutes (I don’t even order ahead) with good food is priceless. I have probably eaten from this JJs 75-100 times; so I feel qualified to share my opinion.
100% this is the best fast food restaurant downtown. I have never once had a bad experience. My order is always correct when I get upstairs, the people are super friendly and nice always (even as I watch them deal with the occasional rude customer) and the place is clean and food is good.
Only complaint is that they do close fairly early, but I understand that is just part of being in a business-focused area.
To the manager/owner: you clearly have an awesome team and imo it’s the major differentiator for your business. Keep up the great work and make sure you appreciate your wonderful employees.

Between getting incorrect orders and the delivery time today was the last straw. I ordered food over an hour ago. Called 10 times before someone picked up and they quoted me it was going to be another 25-30 mins for my delivery. Under no circumstances should a sandwich take 75-80 mins to be prepped and delivered.

First time eating at any Jimmy John's. Sandwich was ok. Watch out of you order Mayo, they spread it thick. Limited options for bread and toppings. Was expecting it to be better than Subway, but it wasn't. Subway has more choices for bread, meat and toppings. BBQ chips and cookie were good, which bumped the score up to a three star.

don’t come here. They have one type of cheese, provolone I do not know about you but I think cheese is gross. No bathrooms! And the place smells gross!
