Just Add Honey

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by their staff! The owners were present and assisting customers, they’re very passionate about their tea and friendly. The staff member talked me through all the different teas and options for how to enjoy it. She suggested teas based off of what I told her I liked and we settled on a Peaches and Cream with their Georgia Peach tea. It tastes fresh and delicious! They also had samples of the “tea of the day” which happened to be a cinnamon honey tea that was wonderful. There is a little bit of seating inside and plenty of patio seating. I highly recommend this place!

After reading the glowing reviews, I decided to have a small tea party here with my friends. The GPS gave us wonky directions and parking was scarce, therefore we arrived late. I requested to extend my reservation by 1hr, which was an addl $100.. When everything came out, we received 3 sandwiches, 3 sweet potato scones and 3 cake squares. We also each had our own teas and tried them all. The chicken salad sandwiches were delicious! We wanted more lol. We were served by Brittany who was very nice and sweet. She and told us we could look around at all the teas in the store. Which had various descriptions. I expected a little more service such as some type of tour of the facility or at least a tour of all the arrays of teas and maybe an option to blend teas. When our time was up, we went to look at the teas in the store. My friend made a purchase, I did not. I paid about $206 which included a tip and gratuity. I would recommend if you want to try a tea in the café or if you want to have a tea party.

Tea anyone??? Well this is definitely a hidden gem. One of my girlfriends wanted to host a Tea party and this is where we went. They have a lot of Tea varieties in thier shop that you can smell and read descriptions on what's in the Tea and how it helps your body, for instance relieving pain, or helping to calm you down. We were seated in a small area for our party. We each tried a different Tea so we decided to taste each other's since we could sample any. I got mango rose and the others got sweet ginger and peace of mind. All were very good but I think my favorite was mango rose. I'm down for anything fruity. We enjoyed chicken salad sandwiches that were slammin!!! OMG I wish we got more than one, we also enjoyed sweet potato scones I believe with a strawberry jam which was very good and there were mini cake squares. One was red velvet and the other two were chocolate and Birthday cake. I ended up with birthday cake and it was ok maybe because I was still thinking about that dang chicken salad on a buttery croissant. Either way it was a great time. We dressed the part and looked super cute. Our waitress was Brittany and she was really sweet and super nice. we were running late and they allowed us to extend our Tea party an extra hour for a fee of course but it was still nice. Parking is scarce which can be inconvenient however if you drive together as a group that helps or take an Uber.

Hidden gem of a local loose leaf tea shop and cafe. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out a tea from all their options by asking a few questions and even warmed up my muffin for me. Will definitely be back to try some of their other teas.

I had an amazing time here! I did a tea making class with a small group and the owner was the instructor. I can’t express how much I enjoyed myself. I learned a lot and feel like I can learn some additional information if I took the same class a few more times. There was so much I didn’t know. She walked us through the tea plant and how all portions are used. We talked about a dozen different additional flavors, their profiles and benefits. We even discussed some of the dangers of using non culinary grade plants. I will absolutely return for more classes and just to hang in the shop. Be sure to check it out. If you need to be on time to meet someone; parking isn’t the greatest so arrive early. They have a handful of spots for free at the shop but there is a valet option ($7) or a self park option for ($5) in the lot that seems like it is part of the premises.
