Bantam + Biddy

This restaurant was incredible!! There were so many amazing gluten-free options! I recently had to go gluten-free and I have really missed good ol’ homestyle southern cooking, and this place not only provided that but it also brought delicious elevated flavors to the table. I’m so thankful I came across Bantam + Biddy and I can’t wait to come back! Our server was just lovely and the atmosphere was perfect, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious spot to eat!

I enjoyed eating here so much that I went 2 days in a row. I would eat this place every day if I lived closer. Delicious southern gluten-free food with large portions. 😋 Yummy! Deliciousness! 12/1/23 Update: Friday night enjoying a home cooked gluten-free meal from the couch. Delicious even an hour away.

I had visited the location in the Atlanta airport and oh my gosh…. I was absolutely blown away with how the rotisserie chicken was so flavor, tender and moist. I had Mac n cheese and collards as my sides and let me tell you that they didn’t disappoint!! I also got greedy and had banana pudding for dessert later that afternoon and it was so yummy!! I can’t wait to have it again! This will always be my airport lunch or dinner!!

I’m visiting from New York and I was having a hard time finding really great gluten-free food here in Atlanta. I was blown away by the chicken tenders, cheddar, mashed potatoes, and french fries. That’s a simple meal but yes, it really is that good. For all my celiac folks out there, choose this restaurant, you won’t regret it.

I arrived at approximately 5:30pm. The restaurant seemed to be about 30% occupied. I was to be joined by a friend. Jason took both orders and agreed to start the meal prep about 20 minutes later. We both ordered chicken with barbeque sauce, our sides were cheddar mashed potatoes, garlic spinach, sweet potato fries, green beans with turkey, and, fried Brussels sprouts. We enjoyed the restaurant, the food, and our server. It was a great dining experience.

We usually come eat here every weekend. I have celiac so having such a large choice is mind blowing. Usually I get the chicken fried chicken, the tenders are really good too. We’ve brought several vegetarians with us and all of them loved it. Despite the name there’s way more than just chicken. There’s an option to just pick 4 sides for a meal so it’s great for veggies, (highlights for me are the Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and fried green tomatoes) I’ve never had a bad meal here. They also have a bunch of gluten free take out cakes- the chocolate cake and Oreo cheesecake are awesome! We’re the kinda people who want to sit down, get our orders in, eat and leave. I’ve seen others complain about staff not being welcoming but they suit me just fine! After a long week it just feels good to sit down and eat something covered in gravy. We love bringing guests with us when we have people in from out of town, everyone we’ve taken has loved it. I have a feeling I’ll be eating here regularly for a while. Thank y’all for providing me so many options!

This was the best meal I’ve had in my life!!!! I have severe allergies so I never get good food. It’s hard to enjoy my food, so when I found gluten fried food- we booked it to this place. SO YUMMY!!!! I won’t waste time but I’ll just say it was all so delicious and I wish I lived in Atlanta just to come here every day.

So delicious!!! Each location has a slightly different menu. Everything that is deep fried at this location is GF and wow. Also, all side options are gf including the mac’n’cheese. My heart is so full. Oh and my stomach!!! What a great experience!!! Super friendly staff and they do what they can to minimize cross contamination to the best of their ability. They warned me the only thing that’s even cooked on the same surface is the gf pancakes. I didn’t get those as I’m very sensitive.
