Panera Bread

Heyyyy Google Family, I had a productive meeting conveniently located near my client. As we all know, client’s meetings must be in an inviting and adaptable environment. This Panera Bread location was an excellent choice on a sunny Wednesday. I had the privilege of experiencing a “ GERALD PRUDUE’S MGR (3+ yr mgr) DAY SHIFT”… His openness to courtesy and menu knowledge was impressive. I totally had to show gratitude for his passion to provide great service! His photos showed his reaction & blushing after I told him … “ HEY, I AM POSTING A GOOGLE REVIEW TO LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW SUPER AWESOME U R” 😇👏🏽🔑🎁👊🏼 Wait! It didn’t STOP THERE… MY FOOD PRESENTATION prepared by JONATHAN WAS INCREDIBLE .. see for yourself in my posted photos area…..what do you think? 👏🏽TOLD YOU… The entire staff ( along with KATHY & SAMATAN) filled the location with polite, warm smiles and team efforts! Great JOB #TEAMA+…

Panera is great. They have tons of options, the store is in good shape, both the dining areas and restrooms. The staff are friendly, and quick to offer help or suggestions. it's nice to come here and use the Wi-Fi for a couple of hours, getting coffee or a bite along the way. I often meet friends here, and sometimes randomly see people I know.

I'm taking off one star due to a newbie at the register and because we had to ask for another cup due to them being out of the cup sleeves. We were at the same location 2 days prior and had no issues. On this day, a (assumingly) newbie at the register rang up a 4 pack of cookies when it was just one and got one of our items wrong. For the cookies, I went back up with my credit card and the manager had to come over to give me a refund. For the wrong item, my spouse just ate what he got and we didn't go back up. They were also out of coffee cup sleeves and my spouse had to ask for another cup because it was too hot to hold; they should've just used 2 cups to begin with (but also how do you run out of coffee cup sleeves). Food (that we did get) and coffee was good.
