Most places nowadays are understaffed and have poorly trained employees.
Show a little appreciation and patience, most of the time the person handing you your food has zero control over how long it takes!

Best chicken sandwich in any fast foods restaurant. Clean restaurants & friendly staff. Not like Popeyes! I had to drive a neighbor to Popeyes once, That place is nasty the people there hate that you came there. I only eat from Chick-fil-A.
I enjoy seeing the 4-5 employees workin the Drive Thru as their camaraderie & teamwork is entertaining to watch. Catching the gray shirts aka Managers helping & engaging with their team is cool too. Good synergy & friendly customer service each time we visit.
