Amazing staff here. My order has always been correct. One time I ordered something they were out of and they gave me a gift certificate just to apologise. My favorite Starbucks in the city hands down.

Great experience. Everytime I stay in downtown Atlanta I always ended visiting this Starbucks (convenience). Yesterday, while I was waiting for the coffee this fine woman asked me if she can fill my tumbler with water. Very nice gesture. Later, unfortunately somebody took my latte and when we realized that the same person immediately apologize and they remake it and made it complementary. Even though I insisted she didn't need to do that. These are the small great things that makes a store like this a great human experience to tell.

This is in America's Mary, so it's either insanely busy or quiet and calm. Order was ready when I walked in from hotel. They do actively manage the instore and online pickups. But they weren't keeping sugars and creamers stocked this morning

We use the order online app 2 make our purchase. The although the pickup process was not self-explanatory it was pretty straightforward then after asking one of the staff members if we just take our order we received our food quickly and accurately. It's four stars instead of five due to the lack of seating. We were forced to eat in the hallway of the office building that the Starbucks is attached to. Well I do not personally thanks Starbucks coffee is the best tasting I would offer up that this is a great location due to the customer service and speed of which they made our order.

This Starbucks was walking distance to my hotel! Like any other Starbucks, but the employees were so nice! Very busy due to the location being surrounded by hotels, shops, and restaurants, but still a great place for coffee if you're staying nearby.

I spent 2 hours at this location before a seminar. The staff was top notch and very friendly. My drink was perfect and the store was clean. Traffic was non-stop so it was a bit loud but that's to be expected.

The espresso here is great. I've been to a other Starbucks locations that have served bitter espresso, so this was a welcome change of pace.
If you're coming to get work done, it's not the best. Things get loud in this echo chamber of a cafe. The front end is a narrow area with seating lining the walls. If it's even remotely busy there's sure to be others' backs a little to close for comfort. Fortunately, there's a little nook in the back with four tables, but as you might imagine, it fills up quickly.
The staff is very friendly and conversational when it's not busy, and the location is great (assuming you work in the downtown sector).
I probably won't go out of my way to come here, but it's a nice place nonetheless.

This Starbucks is a corporate store. They seem to usually do a good job. However, being at the America’s Mart, they can be quite busy at certain times. Today was no exception. There is a fair amount of questionable “Starbucks patrons” that seem to hang out here. I don’t know. I guess they can have coffee too but these tables looked “long term occupied” by these disheveled looking “patrons”! i..e. dirty, unkempt. Just sayin’. Not looking to start a fight, just an observation here. Enjoy wonderful friendly Atlanta!

Small, but convenient to downtown area. Unlike other nearby location, does take advantage of free Rewards program. Not the coolest Starbucks, but still approved.

It's a small Starbucks intended for getting your coffee and moving on with your day. Service is fast, friendly, and accurate. Facilities are clean and well maintained. I liked it better before the redesign, when there was more seating, but business is business and they want to make money.
