Me and my friends always eat here. We love it! Me and my boyfriend saw online that the chastain location does bingo on Tuesday ‘s so we wanted to try something new.. needless to say, they don’t do bingo even tho it’s on the website. BUT we still got super good food :)

Down to earth atmosphere. Very polite servers, this is a great place to take your family or spouse for a quick bite to eat. I even seen Vince Carter (NBA). We have to let them enjoy themselves when we see them out.

The food was wonderful and so was the service. My wings were medium sized, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. I will say the flavors are not traditional so make sure to ask to try them before ordering them.

Update-I have been ordering from here a lot more often now after my previous review and the wings have came out perfect each time
I’ve been coming here for over 4 years now. Ive dined in and placed take out orders. I’ve always had a great experience up until the last two times I’ve recently been. The last three orders, the wings were either too dry or not correct flavor. I just recently went today and ordered hot lemon pepper wings, but they didn’t have a single sprinkle of lemon pepper. I had also ordered extra ranch for 2 orders but they forgot to include the extra ranches. I usually never double check the bag because I’ve never had an issue with any take out order. Also, It seems like they changed their hot sauce as well, it tastes more like a store bought hot sauce and some what watered down.

Was a little underwhelmed. The boneless wings and fries needed to be cooked more. The lemon pepper sauce didn't have much flavor. It wasn't an awful meal, I'd probably round up to a 4.

I’m obsessed with my lemon pepper extra crunchy wings, the restaurant is always very clean and the ppl very friendly. The time they take to bring your food is fast and the price is good as well.

My family & I were in the area and had a taste for wings. We found this location via Google maps and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad we did! The service was exceptional and the food was so good. The lemon pepper wings taste like they just came out of the hot grease (Yummm!!) Oh yeah, and we ordered the fried pickles and they give you enough to share. Thank you for a great lunch!!

We had a stop over in Atlanta and Wow! How did we happen upon This Place!! From the down home curb appeal, to the cozy atmosphere and the friendly, smiling faces, I knew we were in for a real treat! ... Then, the food started coming. I cannot say this enough. The Customer Service was on point! These peeps Really know how to make their patrons feel like old friends! We had a fairly large party, but this did not even put a hiccup in the timely manner in which we were served. Who knew there were so many ways to serve wings??!! I actually had the Abel's Members Only Club with REAL onion rings!! I do not know how I became a member of Abel's Club, but I'm sure glad I did! If you choose to join, be prepared to enjoy for more than one meal! Picture included!! You Will Not be disappointed!

One of the best keep secrets in Atlanta. When we visit Atlanta we try to take time out to visit the Wing Factory. Something for everyone bone in, boneless or tenders you can't go wrong with whatever you choose. They have enough flavors to choose from these you can't go wrong. Tots or fries, carrots and celery.

Our server Michael was extremely helpful and polite. The mimosa was super strong! Wings were small but well cooked. Definitely prefer hot honey bbq and honey bbq over the lemon pepper. Cajun fries were outstanding as well!
