I had a great time at Whiskey Bird! The blend of Asian and American influences was executed in a refreshing and delicious way, and the drinks made for great complements to the meal. I highly enjoyed the yakitori and calamari as starters (the Whole Shebang was a great way for our whole party to taste all options). The Wagyu steak au poivre was to die for - the dish offered unique, bold flavors that made for a perfect entree. Finally, the warm chocolate bread pudding was a great finish to the meal. The dish was rich, and when combined with the bourbon ice cream, was the perfect cap to the meal. Loved this place - thanks for giving us wonderful night!

Last night my dinner club found a winner!!! WhiskeyBird was absolutely WONDERFUL! We sampled about 70% of the menu and all of it was DELICIOUS!!! From the tapas/small plates menu we had the sticky soy chicken, crispy meatball, crispy snapper sliders, al pastor (pork) tacos, hawaiian tuna tacos, caesar salad (with parmesan, wb caesar dressing, sriracha croutons), sweet potato, and the shitake mushroom. All were tasty but the sweet potato and the crispy meatballs were the biggest hit. We were already impressed with the appetizers, but it only got better from there. One of my friends ordered the pork loin and it looked so amazing that even I (the pescatarian) had to take a little piece to taste...and boy was it worth it!!! It was so tender and juicy and so flavorful that you wouldn't even believe that it's pork. There was a very strange item on the menu that our super friendly and knowledageble server, Lexie, recommended that I try...whole roasted cauliflower with everything bagel seasoning, smoked gouda-miso fondue, crispy shallots, and herbs. I know that it might sound crazy but the mix of flavors was AMAZING!!! There is not one negative thing that I can say about this restaurant. The drinks were great (try the French75), the price was reasonable, the location is good, the ambience is relaxed, the service was excellent and THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!! I highly recommend checking out this place. You won't be disappointed. I'll be back...Soon!

Whiskey Bird is a unique dinning experience in the highland area. I arrived during their happy hour and was excited to try a few bites! Starting with their chicken gyzoa tacos and fries! Both were hot and tasty! For my entree, I went with the newest addition to the menu-- which was the sushi roll. Overall, the service was prompt. My server was very knowledgeable and provided great insight on the inception of the restaurant and really pleasant. The vibes is impeccable.

What a great brunch place! The service was friendly, the food was incredible, and the coffee was perfect. The location is also so adorable - it’s a wonderful neighborhood for a walk after the meal. Parking on the street is limited, but there’s a free parking lot right across the street. Will be back!

The food was fairly average for the price, but the location, service and atmosphere made up for the food. Making the experience eating at this restaurant an enjoyable last-minute brunch choice

This place has an amazing vibe with its back patio and open-concept kitchen, immediately making you feel welcome. The easily accessible and free street parking in the front and back is a major plus, especially in this busy area. Our server and host were both incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. And those wonton chips with queso and guacamole were a delightful start to the meal, bursting with flavor. For the main course, I tried their fried chicken and waffle, which was an absolute treat. The menu's mix of Asian and American cuisine creates a unique and exciting dining experience. I've been here multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of fantastic. I can confidently say this place consistently delivers a wonderful brunch, and I can't wait to come back for more. Highly recommended!

Honestly a wonderful place to eat all around. Both the food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. I recommend the yakitori, every skewer we tried was wonderful.

I visited around 3pm on a Sunday and to my surprise, it was happy hour! I ordered the tuna tacos! They were small but very good- would definitely order again! They were packed with tuna and tasted fresh! ***Cheat code- break the crispy taco in half and spread the tuna to each half of the taco shell. It’ll be easier to eat and it feel like you have double! The froze was not the best I’ve ever had; it’s missing either a little citrus or a touch of sugar.. I sat on their front patio and it’s not super decorated but cute and quaint which was exactly the vibe I was seeking. Will def come back!!!

Unique food. Very nice staff. I had the steak frites and the chicken gyoza tacos. Everything was delicious. I would definitely visit again when I am in Atlanta.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. The menu was more brunch, but the food was still excellent. I started with the Korean BBQ Chicken Slider and had the WB Burger with Avocado as my entree, both were exceptional. My wife had the Ahi Tuna Tar Tar and she loved it. My daughter had the Chicken and Waffles, she liked the chicken but didn’t care for the waffles. The service was great and the restaurant had a god atmosphere. Would definitely eat here again.

We went for lunch on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised to find lots of brunch items on the menu. The steak breakfast burrito was terrific.

I had a great time dining at this restaurant. The cocktails were very good and I really enjoyed my sloe gin fizz. Our table got the assortment of appetizers which were all very good and provided a really nice overview of what whiskey bird offers. For my meal I had the WB chopped salad and the salmon. The salad was delicious. It had an amazing mix of flavors and was quite large. The bourbon glazed grilled salmon was perfectly cooked and was another perfect mix of flavors. I really enjoyed the Chinese sausages that were served with it. I will definitely be returning for another visit and I am excited to try the other items on their menu. The entrees here are incredibly unique. Also, the staff was very kind and attentive.
