Leon Salted Caramel mousse cake is heavenly! A little overpriced place though, but I’m definitely coming back there.

Always a joy coming to Saint-Germain in Ponce. I haven't been to the other locations yet. But I've been coming for about 5 years and they have never gone wrong. Very yummy chocolates and desserts. I've tried many items here.
Yesterday (Saturday 21. OCT. 2023) I got macaroons and chocolates.

This bakery has the most inventive and fancy little desserts! I tried the Paris Brest and this Lemon Cube, both of which had amazing fresh textured mousse and were not too sweet! The Lemon Cube is the most lemon-y and tart meringue that had such a pure lemon flavor and the fluffiest texture that I ate the whole thing in one go. I wish I discovered this place earlier during my week of work travel to ATL!

They offer a wide assortment of desserts, hand-made chocolates, macaroons, and beverages. You can stop by for a croissant or something less elaborate like a cheese Danish. The cinnamon rolls are terrific.

Very artistic desserts and baked goods. They look beautiful. We ordered a few desserts and even though they tasted delicious and the textures were good, all the expected (and listed) flavours/ingredients weren't there. The lemon dessert tasted like pure lemon, and the Celeste tasted like pastry cream, no fig to be found. For the price of each dessert the flavors need to be spot on. As I said they tasted great and the presentation is wonderful, just not the quality we were expecting for the price and look.

Those pastries are so beautiful and lovely to look at, I got merengue bag and it was pretty good. Also service was good she gave us few samples. Too many selections of beautiful looking pastries, it’s definitely hard to decide which one you want to get.

As always French desserts look so amazing, and it's no different here at Saint Germain French Cafe n Bakery. You have so many desserts to choose from, such as macaroons, danishes, and tarts just to name a few. There's even specialty coffees and teas you can enjoy.

I had the Red Velvet and Lavender macaron and it was very delicious! Servers had a smile on their faces and the prices were okay but not cheap! Am defiantly coming back to try the carrot cake.😋

Very tasty pastries, a large variety to choose from and everything just as delicious as the last. There's something here for everyone, whether you want a little something something. For wanting a whole pastry experience. Prices are a little high, but it's expected in a location like this! I will return

We tried the Macchiato and the Capucchino, both delicious with a strong coffee flavor but without reaching the Dark Roast. We also tried the croissant, the perfect balance between crunchy and butter and also the Cróquets Monsieur, also delicious. Perfect for a delicious and different breakfast.
