Piece Of Cake

I wish I would have gotten the names of the ladies that helped me last week- but I would be remiss if I didn't give this place 5 stars! If you have lived in Atlanta for any span of time, you know how incredible Piece of Cake is. Their cakes are phenomenal- but their customer service is next level! I recently had a request for a custom gender reveal cake for myself- I received my results late in the afternoon and rushed over to the bakery as soon as I could. I told them the situation at hand, gave them the sealed enveloped and trusted that they could make it happen. They were able to turn my request around in less than 24 hours- just in time to surprise my husband on his birthday with what he thought was a birthday cake, but was also a surprise gender reveal! I was and am so so grateful for their willingness to help me pull off my spontaneous surrpise. Please give the ladies at the front my love and a big, big hug! The cake was absolutely amazing, and the memories will truly last a lifetime. To say I'll be a customer for life is an understatement! Thank you for caring about your customers and always providing a great product and even better service. You guys made my entire year.

Omg. Let me start by saying I love piece of cake. But I just so happen to stop at a Chevron and seen Ms. Cora with a car full of fresh baked cakes. I ask her if I could buy some. And she refused to take my money. She then went to her car and blessed us with not 1 but 2 whole cakes. 🥹 I’m in tears. Thank you Ms. Cora. For blessing us this holiday it means so much. Who knew a piece of cake could be a piece of blessing! May Tid continue you to bless you so that you can bless others! Happy holidays Ms. Cora!

Not only was I excited about getting me a slice of cake , but I was highly excited and shocked about the customer service overall. The manager Kierra was outstanding and I would love for her to be there every time when I visit. She even suggested some of her favorite cake flavors and I was able to choose new flavors that I absolutely loved. Kierra made sure I was well taken care of and I appreciate her for that!! Thank you so much Kierra !! I will be visiting again !!

Omgosh...this is one of the best cake bakeries in town. Someone purchased a slice for me for my birthday and I have never tasted cake so good. It stays moist for days and it takes me 2-3 days to eat one slice because it's so rich! Top 3 choices 1. White Chocolate 2. German Chocolate 3. Caramel If you order for the holidays don't delay thinking you can run in and grab something, because they sell out!

Love the Tuesday BOGO’s. My only wish is that the cakes had unique flavors. Like a red and green cake is not just cake with food coloring but red velvet and key lime. The red, white, blue cake should be red velvet cake , white cake and maybe blueberry and not just one cake flavor with different colors.

Helen is amazing. She is thoughtful, kind, and personable. The conversation was present and transparent. When it comes to generosity, she blew my mind. The white chocolate cake with pecan that was recommended is really good, you cant go wrong with the milky fluffiness and tasty icing. Thank you for the exceptional experience.

I have ordering cakes for my person affairs as well as my office parties for 17 years. They’re always ready on time and a super hit at any affair. I love both the cakes and the cupcakes., I’ve never had a single issue even when they’ve been shipped to family members. Beautifully nice people in the store and over the phone. Plus, you get reward points towards a free baked good which I love.

What's there to say about their cakes that haven't already been said? The red velvet is my favorite and is very rich yet has almost a homemade look & taste. Love it from pretty much any susiecakes location. I called the shop and they said they would still be around although closed when I arrive but they would be able to bring the cake out nevertheless. So incredibly sweet of their staff!! This is the furthest location from my house but I'd come back to this one every time because of how accommodating and friendly they are. 4.5 stars for the cake 5 stars for the service!!!
