Nice friendly staff wonderful food plenty for the price would highly recommend. Visiting from New Orleans and glad we tried it
Great people, great food, and the best service ever. We come here once or twice a week and we're never disappointed!
Making the rounds for a restaurant we haven't been to for a while.
We had a Saturday lunch at Jo's and our dining selections were calamari, lunch kabobs with fresh vegetables for my Little Princess, and a Jo's Burger with bacon, cheese, onions and tomato with onion rings for me.
The calamari was OK, and after thinking about it, I would serve the calamari and cheese dry with plenty of extra dipping sauce sauce on the side. Thinking it would have been better this way with crispier calamari.
My Little Princess was quite satisfied with the kabobs and vegetables. The burger was one of the better ones I have had in my years of savoring ground meat between a bun. Exceptionally tasty! The onion rings . . . I'm coming back for some more!
Service by Stephanie was attentive, yet unobtrusive. Howard has perfected his niche here with his experience from the old family restaurant at N. E. Plaza. A place for consideration!
Had lunch around peak time (1pm) on Friday, there was one group ahead of us, so we only had to wait about 3 minutes. I had a gyro, and it was a bit different from the others I've had. I liked their particular take on it, specifically the flavorful olives. Everyone loved their food, including the steak that was very well cooked, a burger, the chicken strips and shrimp, and the western burger. Not my favorite ranch dressing, but the fries were good enough I didn't need it. The staff were very nice and very responsive. I'll definitely make my way back here.
This was my first visit here and I was very pleased. It's a basic no frills place but the burgers were great. They were quite busy but we were not rushed. Very friendly staff and I will make an effort to go back when I am in the area.
We love Jo, Howard and the Jo's team. They are such great people and the food and service is always solid. Thank you Jo for a great experience, always!
The last that took care of us was wonderful.
We had 5 boys, 11 and under, and a 2 year old girl. She was so patient and took great care of us. The service was fast, and the food was delicious.
We were in town for a soccer tournament. We had an hour and 30 minutes between games and made it back with plenty of time to spare. We will stop in next tournament for sure.! Two thumbs up and a big toe!
A neighborhood gem. Food and service are always 5 stars. I love their burgers, chicken fingers, chicken caesar pita, salads, fries, and onion rings (they're beer battered!). Parking is decent; there's an overflow lot to the side. Limited patio seating and ample indoor seating. This is a great place to visit year round, especially during the colder months- they have a fireplace.
Jo's did not disappoint. The food, and food portions were very good, and they offered indoor and outdoor seating. We had our take-home for lunch the next day, and it tasted as good as it did the night before.
I would rate 4.5 stars if I could; real close to loving it. Great burger with just the right flavor. The grilled veggies are hearty and cooked just the right way. Great place to hang out with a small group of friends. Jo’s is always filled with people but not too crowded or loud at all.
Went here yesterday for lunch for my friends birthday. We sat outside, it was a beautiful day, the environment was fun and busy. The foods being brought out smelled Delisious! I ordered the grilled chicken sanwhich, which surprisgly was two large pieces of chicken rather than just one. I loved it . My friend had the meatball marinara sub, he loved his lunch very much as well! Thank You Jo!
A large, varied menu at a reasonable price helps to explain why this place is so popular. The kebabs are some of the best you will have anywhere, IMO.
