Haveli Hookah Lounge

Every time I visit Atlanta I like to stop by this place. Its got great food and very convenient location by walking if you are near Olympic Centennial Park. I love the staff as they are very friendly and love to make suggestions. I ordered a very spicy menu item and asked for it "mild" and they stuck to their guns and said basically "it wouldn't be that item if it wasn't that spicy". I liked that to be honest. He ended up making it with a just a bit less of the sauce and it still tasted amazing. Another waiter also gave us great recommendations regarding Naan and storing it and eating it later with various sauces. So we left with some tasty items for the evening.

I enjoyed the staff conversation as they were truly engaged. They have great advice on the menu and stated they would make any adjustments, if needed. The chicken tikka masala is top notch! The menu items were sightly more than expected with an average of $15/item. Some items were over the $20 range. Alcohol is not priced on the menu therefore leading you into a $10 lager (Taj Mahal). YIKES! It's not a super fast serve but they cook the food to order so I'm ok with that scenario. Enjoy your company. All in all, a tasty dinner for two with drinks will run you in the $60-80 range.

My family came to Atlanta for the Big South volleyball tournament. We love Indian food and found Haveli. Honestly we were skeptical based on the mixed reviews but took the chance. Restaurant was slow when we visited and we had a great experience. All four entrees we had were delicious. Staff was attentive and the chef even came out to speak with us. Truely a great experience. Give it a try. We hope your experience will be as good as ours.

The food here is great, but takes a long time to be prepared if you are in a large group. If you can look past the speed of service, you will enjoy this place, as the north Indian food is great. But, be warned that if there is a large amount of people, your food may take close to an hour to arrive (this occurred to one individual dining with us) unless you are lucky.

Hidden gem! We have gone to Haveli twice on trips to Atlanta two years apart. Both experiences were wonderful. The restaurant smells really good and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Never too many people. Great, friendly, and attentive service with excellent food. We had dinner entrees the first time we went, which were unbelievably delicious. We knew on our second trip to Atlanta that we had to eat there again. We did the lunch buffet, which was well priced and had a large variety of very good food. We loved being able to try so many different dishes. Would recommend to everyone to experience this place!
